Claims (15)
- 전력을 저장하도록 마련되는 배터리부와, 상기 배터리부를 냉각하기 위한 냉각수가 순환하도록 마련되는 냉각수 유로를 포함하는 배터리 모듈;
수소를 저장하도록 마련되는 수소탱크와, 상기 수소를 이용해 전력을 생산하도록 마련되는 연료전지부와, 상기 수소가 상기 수소탱크로부터 상기 연료전지부로 전달되도록 상기 수소탱크와 상기 연료전지부를 연결하는 수소 유로를 포함하는 연료전지 모듈; 및
상기 냉각수와 상기 수소가 서로 열교환하여 상기 냉각수는 냉각되고 상기 수소는 가열되도록 상기 냉각수 유로와 상기 수소 유로가 통과하는 열교환 모듈을 포함하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 모듈은,
상기 냉각수의 가열을 위한 히터; 및
상기 냉각수가 가열되도록 상기 히터를 거치는 가열유로를 더 포함하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 모듈은,
상기 배터리부로부터 배출되는 냉각수의 온도를 획득하는 냉각수 온도획득부; 및
상기 냉각수 온도획득부 및 상기 히터와 전기적으로 연결되는 배터리 제어부를 더 포함하고,
상기 배터리 제어부는:
획득된 상기 냉각수의 온도가 소정의 목표 냉각수 온도보다 클 경우, 상기 냉각수가 상기 냉각수 유로로 유동하도록 하고 상기 히터가 작동을 중단하도록 제어하고,
상기 냉각수의 온도가 상기 목표 냉각수 온도보다 작을 경우, 상기 냉각수가 상기 가열유로로 유동하도록 하고 상기 히터가 작동하도록 제어하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 제어부는, 획득된 상기 냉각수의 온도가 상기 목표 냉각수 온도와 같을 경우, 상기 냉각수가 상기 가열유로로 유동하도록 하고 상기 히터가 작동을 중단하도록 제어하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연료전지 모듈은, 상기 수소 유로 상에서 상기 열교환 모듈과 상기 수소탱크 사이에 배치되고, 상기 수소 유로에서 유동하는 수소를 가열하도록 마련되는 외부 열교환부를 더 포함하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 연료전지 모듈은, 상기 외부 열교환부를 거친 수소를, 상기 수소 유로에서 수소가 유동하는 방향을 기준으로 상기 외부 열교환부보다 상류측으로 회송하기 위한 회송유로를 더 포함하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 연료전지 모듈은,
상기 외부 열교환부를 거친 수소의 온도를 획득하도록 마련되는 수소 온도획득부; 및
상기 수소 온도획득부와 전기적으로 연결되는 연료전지 제어부를 더 포함하고,
상기 수소탱크는, 상기 수소가 저장되는 수소저장부와, 상기 수소저장부와 유입된 물질을 열교환시키는 내부 열교환부를 포함하고,
상기 연료전지 제어부는:
획득된 상기 수소의 온도가 소정의 목표 수소 온도범위의 상한보다 크거나 같을 경우, 냉각을 위해 상기 수소가 상기 회송유로를 통해 상기 내부 열교환부로 회송되도록 하고, 상기 수소의 온도가 상기 목표 수소 온도범위의 하한보다 작거나 같을 경우, 가열을 위해 상기 수소가 상기 회송유로를 통해 상기 외부 열교환부로 회송되도록 하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 모듈은, 상기 배터리부로부터 배출되는 냉각수의 온도를 획득하는 냉각수 온도획득부; 및 상기 냉각수 온도획득부와 전기적으로 연결되는 배터리 제어부를 더 포함하고,
상기 연료전지 모듈은, 상기 수소 유로에서 상기 수소가 상기 열교환 모듈로 진입하기 전 상기 연료전지로 우회하도록 마련되는 우회유로와, 상기 냉각수 온도획득부 및 상기 배터리 제어부에 전기적으로 연결되는 연료전지 제어부를 더 포함하고,
상기 연료전지 제어부는:
획득된 상기 냉각수의 온도가 소정의 목표 냉각수 온도보다 클 경우, 상기 수소가 상기 열교환 모듈을 통과하도록 하고,
상기 냉각수의 온도가 소정의 목표 냉각수 온도보다 작거나 같을 경우, 상기 수소가 상기 우회유로로 유동하도록 하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연료전지 모듈은,
상기 수소가 상기 열교환 모듈을 통과하여 상기 연료전지부로 진입하기 전, 상기 수소탱크로 상기 수소를 회송시키도록 마련되는 순환유로를 더 포함하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연료전지 모듈은, 상기 수소 유로에서 유동하는 수소를 감압해, 상기 연료전지부로 제공되는 수소의 압력을 소정의 압력 범위 내에 위치시키도록 상기 수소 유로에 배치되는 레귤레이터를 더 포함하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환 모듈은, 상기 수소와 상기 냉각수가 간접적으로 열교환하도록 형성되는 동축 파이프 열교환기, 핀-튜브 열교환기 및 판형 열교환기 중 하나인, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환 모듈은,
상기 배터리 모듈의 냉각수와 상기 연료전지 모듈의 수소가 열교환하도록 마련되는 메인 열교환 모듈; 및
자동차 공조 시스템, 연료전지 스택 및 엔진 중 적어도 하나의 냉각수와 상기 연료전지 모듈의 수소가 열교환하도록 마련되는 추가 열교환 모듈을 포함하는, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수소탱크는, 극저온압축수소 저장소인, 연료전지-배터리 시스템. - 전력을 저장하도록 마련되는 배터리부를 냉각수를 이용해 냉각하는 배터리 모듈과, 수소를 이용해 전력을 생산하도록 마련되는 연료전지부에 수소를 가열하여 제공하는 연료전지 모듈과, 상기 냉각수와 상기 수소가 열교환하도록 마련되는 열교환 모듈을 포함하는 연료전지-배터리 시스템의 제어방법에 있어서,
상기 배터리부로부터 배출된 냉각수의 온도를 획득하는 단계;
획득된 상기 냉각수의 온도가 소정의 목표 냉각수 온도보다 클 경우, 냉각을 위해 상기 냉각수를 상기 열교환 모듈로 통과시키는 단계; 및
상기 냉각수의 온도가 상기 목표 냉각수 온도보다 작거나 같을 경우, 상기 냉각수를 히터로 통과시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 냉각수를 상기 히터로 통과시키는 단계는, 상기 냉각수의 온도가 상기 목표 냉각수 온도보다 작을 경우, 상기 히터를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제어방법. - 전력을 저장하도록 마련되는 배터리부를 냉각수를 이용해 냉각하는 배터리 모듈과, 수소를 이용해 전력을 생산하도록 마련되는 연료전지부에, 수소탱크에 저장된 수소를 외부 열교환부를 이용해 가열하여 제공하는 연료전지 모듈과, 상기 냉각수와 상기 수소가 열교환하도록 마련되는 열교환 모듈을 포함하는 연료전지-배터리 시스템의 제어방법에 있어서,
상기 외부 열교환부를 통과한 수소의 온도를 획득하는 단계;
획득된 상기 수소의 온도가 소정의 목표 수소 온도범위의 상한보다 크거나 같을 경우, 냉각을 위해 상기 수소를 상기 수소탱크로 회송하는 단계; 및
상기 수소의 온도가 상기 목표 수소 온도범위의 하한보다 작거나 같을 경우, 가열을 위해 상기 수소를 상기 외부 열교환부로 회송하는 단계를 포함하는, 제어방법.
