Examples of the empty space may be an empty space provided inside the support, an empty space provided between a plurality of supports, and an empty space provided between a support and a separate component separated from the support. Optionally, at least a portion of the component may be disposed in a through hole formed in the support, disposed between a plurality of bars, disposed between a plurality of connecting plates, or disposed between a plurality of support plates. The support may include a plurality of bars, and an insulating material may be disposed in a region from a point where any one of the plurality of bars is located to a midpoint between the one bar and surrounding bars. Third, when cold air is transmitted through the support, a heat source may be disposed at a location where the heat insulator described in the second example is disposed. When the temperature of the first space is lower than the temperature of the second space, the heat source may be disposed on the second plate or in the vicinity of the second plate. When heat is transmitted through the support, a cold source may be disposed at a location where the heat insulator described in the second example is disposed. While the exhaust step is being performed, an outgassing step, which is a process in which the gas in the vacuum space is exhausted or the potential gas remaining in the parts of the vacuum insulator, is exhausted may be performed. As an example of the outgassing step, the exhausting step includes at least one of heating or drying the vacuum insulator, providing a vacuum pressure to the vacuum insulator, and providing a getter to the vacuum insulator. may include In this case, it is possible to promote the vaporization of the potential gas remaining in the parts provided in the vacuum space portion to be exhausted. The exhausting step may include cooling the vacuum insulator. The cooling step may be performed after the step of heating or drying the vacuum insulator is performed. Preferably, the step of heating or drying the vacuum insulator and the step of providing a vacuum pressure to the vacuum insulator may be performed together. Preferably, the step of heating or drying the vacuum insulator and the step of providing a getter to the vacuum insulator may be performed together. Preferably, after the step of heating or drying the vacuum insulator is performed, the step of cooling the vacuum insulator may be performed. Preferably, the step of providing a vacuum pressure to the vacuum insulator and the step of providing a getter to the vacuum insulator may be performed so as not to overlap. For example, after the step of providing a vacuum pressure to the vacuum insulator is performed, the step of providing a getter to the vacuum insulator may be performed. When the vacuum pressure is provided to the vacuum insulator, the pressure of the vacuum space portion may drop to a certain level and then no longer drop. At this time, after stopping the step of providing a vacuum pressure to the vacuum insulator, a getter may be introduced. As an example of stopping the step of providing the vacuum pressure to the vacuum insulator, the operation of the vacuum pump connected to the vacuum space part may be stopped. When the getter is added, the step of heating or drying the vacuum insulator may be performed together. Through this, outgassing can be promoted. As another example, after the step of providing a getter to the vacuum insulator is performed, the step of providing a vacuum pressure to the vacuum insulator may be performed.

The time during which the vacuum insulator vacuum evacuation step is performed may be referred to as a vacuum evacuation time. The vacuum exhaust time includes a time period during which the step of heating or drying the vacuum insulator is performed (Δt1), a time period during which the step of maintaining the getter in the vacuum insulator is performed (Δt2), and the vacuum insulation It may include at least one time among the time (Δt3) during which the step of cooling the sieve is performed. Examples of Δt1, Δt2, and Δt3 are as follows. It may be any one of the following examples of the present invention or a combination of two or more. In the step of evacuating the vacuum insulator, Δt1 may be greater than or equal to t1a and less than or equal to t1b. As a first example, the t1a may be greater than or equal to 0.2 hr and less than or equal to 0.5 hr. The t1b may be greater than or equal to 1 hr and less than or equal to 24.0 hr. Preferably, the Δt1 may be 0.3 hr or more and 12.0 hr or less. Preferably, the Δt1 may be 0.4 hr or more and 8.0 hr or less. More preferably, the Δt1 may be 0.5 hr or more and 4.0 hr or less. In this case, even if Δt1 is kept as short as possible, outgassing can be applied to a sufficient vacuum insulator. In one example, the parts of the vacuum insulator that are exposed to the vacuum space are less than any one of the parts of the vacuum insulator that are exposed to the external space of the vacuum insulator. , %) may be included. Specifically, the part exposed to the vacuum space may include a part having a lower outgassing rate than that of a thermoplastic polymer. More specifically, a support or a radiation resistance sheet may be disposed in the vacuum space portion, and the outgassing rate of the support may be lower than that of the thermoplastic plastic. As another example, a part of the vacuum insulator that is exposed to the vacuum space has a higher operating temperature than any one of the parts of the vacuum insulator that is exposed to the external space of the vacuum space. It may be a case including a part having a ° C. In this case, the vacuum insulator can be heated to a higher temperature, thereby increasing the outgassing rate. For example, the parts exposed to the vacuum space It may include a portion having a higher operating temperature than that of a thermoplastic polymer. For more specific example, a support or a radiation-resisting sheet is disposed in the vacuum space portion, and the use temperature of the support may be higher than that of the thermoplastic plastic. As another example, among the parts of the vacuum insulator, the parts exposed to the vacuum space may include more metal parts than non-metal parts, that is, the mass of the metal part is greater than the mass of the non-metal part. The volume of the metal part may be larger than the volume of the non-metal part, or the area where the metal part is exposed to the vacuum space may be larger than the area where the non-metal part is exposed to the vacuum space. When there are a plurality of parts exposed to the space, the sum of the volume of the metallic material contained in the first part and the volume of the metallic material contained in the second part is equal to the volume of the non-metal material contained in the first part and the second It may be greater than the sum of the volumes of the non-metallic materials included in the part.If there are a plurality of parts exposed to the vacuum space, the mass of the metal material included in the first part and the metal material included in the second part It may be a case in which the sum of the mass of the first part is greater than the sum of the mass of the non-metal material included in the first part and the mass of the non-metal material included in the second part. The sum of the area where the metal material included in the first part is exposed to the vacuum space part and the area where the metal material included in the second part is exposed to the vacuum space part is the sum of the area where the metal material included in the first part is exposed to the vacuum space part. Including the area exposed to the space and the second part The non-metallic material may be larger than the sum of the areas exposed to the vacuum space. As a second example, t1a may be greater than or equal to 0.5 hr and less than or equal to 1 hr. The t1b may be greater than or equal to 24.0 hr and less than or equal to 65 hr. Preferably, the Δt1 may be greater than or equal to 1.0 hr and less than or equal to 48.0 hr. Preferably, the Δt1 may be 2 hr or more and 24.0 hr or less. More preferably, the Δt1 may be 3 hr or more and 12.0 hr or less. In this case, it may be a vacuum insulator that needs to maintain Δt1 as long as possible. In this case, it may be the case opposite to the examples described in the first example, or a case where the part exposed to the vacuum space is made of a thermoplastic material. A duplicate description will be omitted. In the step of evacuating the vacuum insulator, Δt2 may be greater than or equal to t2a and less than or equal to t2b. The t2a may be greater than or equal to 0.1 hr and less than or equal to 0.3 hr. The t2b may be greater than or equal to 1 hr and less than or equal to 5.0 hr. Preferably, the Δt2 may be 0.2 hr or more and 3.0 hr or less. More preferably, the Δt2 may be 0.3 hr or more and 2.0 hr or less. More preferably, the Δt2 may be 0.5 hr or more and 1.5 hr or less. In this case, the vacuum insulator may be sufficient for outgassing through the getter even by keeping Δt2 as short as possible. In the step of evacuating the vacuum insulator, Δt3 may be greater than or equal to t3a and less than or equal to t3b. The t3a may be greater than or equal to 0.2 hr and less than or equal to 0.8 hr. The t3b may be greater than or equal to 1 hr and less than or equal to 65.0 hr. Preferably, the Δt3 may be 0.2 hr or more and 48.0 hr or less. Preferably, the Δt3 may be 0.3 hr or more and 24.0 hr or less. More preferably, the Δt3 may be 0.4 hr or more and 12.0 hr or less. More preferably, the Δt3 may be 0.5 hr or more and 5.0 hr or less. After the heating or drying step of the exhaust step is performed, the cooling step may be performed. For example, when the heating or drying step is performed for a long time, Δt3 may be long. The vacuum insulator of the present invention may be manufactured such that Δt1 is greater than Δt2, Δt1 is less than or equal to Δt3, or Δt3 is greater than Δt2. Preferably, Δt2<Δt1≤Δt3. The vacuum insulator of the present invention has Δt1+Δt2+Δt3 greater than or equal to 0.3 hr, less than or equal to 70 hr, greater than or equal to 1 hr, less than or equal to 65 hr, greater than or equal to 2 hr, or same, and may be manufactured to be less than or equal to 24hr. More preferably, Δt1+Δt2+Δt3 may be manufactured to be greater than or equal to 3 hr and less than or equal to 6 hr.
An example of the vacuum pressure condition during the exhaust step is as follows. The present invention may be any one of the examples below or an example in which two or more are combined. The minimum value of the vacuum pressure in the vacuum space during the exhaust step may be greater than 1.8E-6 Torr. Preferably, the lowest value of the vacuum pressure is greater than 1.8E-6 Torr, less than or equal to 1.0E-4 Torr, greater than 0.5E-6 Torr, less than or equal to 1.0E-4 Torr, or 0.5E- greater than 6 Torr, and may be less than or equal to 0.5E-5 Torr. More preferably, the minimum value of the vacuum pressure may be greater than 0.5E-6 Torr and less than 1.0E-5 Torr. As described above, the reason for limiting the minimum value of the vacuum pressure provided during the exhausting step is that even when the pressure is reduced with a vacuum pump during the exhausting step, the degree of the vacuum pressure dropping below a certain level is slowed down. As an embodiment, after the evacuation step is performed, the vacuum pressure of the vacuum space may be maintained at a pressure greater than or equal to 1.0E-5 Torr and less than or equal to 5.0E-1 Torr. The vacuum pressure maintained is greater than or equal to 1.0E-5 Torr, less than or equal to 1.0E-1 Torr, greater than or equal to 1.0E-5 Torr, less than or equal to 1.0E-2 Torr, or 1.0E greater than or equal to -4 Torr, less than or equal to 1.0E-2 Torr, greater than or equal to 1.0E-5 Torr, less than or equal to 1.0E-3 Torr, greater than or equal to 1.0E-4 Torr; The pressure may be less than or equal to 1.0E-3 Torr. As a result of predicting the change of the vacuum pressure in the vacuum insulator of the example, it was confirmed that the vacuum pressure was maintained below 1.0E-04Torr even after 16.3 years, and the other was 17.8 years. Referring back to FIG. 26 , the
When the brazing is performed, when the
The fastening process may be performed at a high temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius or more. In order to suppress the formation of oxides on the inner surface of the tube, an atmosphere of the inner surface of the tube may be created as a vacuum atmosphere. Referring back to FIG. 26 , air in the inner space of the tube may be exhausted through the exhaust hole. After the vacuum atmosphere of a certain level is created in the inner space of the tube, it can be vacuum sealed (S7). After the vacuum exhaust is completed, the inner space of the tube may be maintained at 1E-1 Torr or less. The inner space of the tube is in a vacuum state and oxygen is rare. According to this, since there is no oxidizing agent required for oxidation in the inner space of the tube or extremely thin, oxide is not generated on the inner surface of the tube even when high heat is applied. 32 is a view for explaining exhausting the inner space of the pipe. After both ends of the tube are sealed, brazing may be performed (S8). The brazing may be performed by high-frequency brazing.
33 is a view showing that the brazing is performed. The brazing process shown in FIG. 33 may be performed before the vacuum evacuation step is performed. Referring back to FIG. 26 , thereafter, the sealing jig separation ( S9 ), the exhaust process ( S10 ), and the pinch-off ( S11 ) may be performed. Referring to FIG. 35 , it can be confirmed that the
In the above embodiment, only the inner space of the tube is exhausted, so that only the inner surface of the tube can be in contact with the vacuum atmosphere. As such, since the space to be evacuated is narrow, there is an advantage in that the evacuation time is shortened. However, the outer space of the tube is still exposed to the atmosphere during the brazing. Oxide may be generated on the outer surface of the tube during the brazing. The oxide on the outer surface may not interfere with atomic bonding of the material constituting the tube during the pinch-off process. Since the outer oxide may harden the
