Abstract

The present invention is a compressed powder phase cosmetic composition, wherein an excess of a paste-phase oil binder is included in an oil part, and a pearl powder with large particles is included in a powder part, thereby exhibiting excellent adhesion, spreadability, and glossiness. (3) Measurement of glossiness and color development

The glossiness and color development were evaluated using the eyeshadow composition prepared with the composition shown in Table 1 above.

The measurement results are shown in FIG. 1 .
