Claims (15)
- 중공이 형성되고, 세라믹 재질로 이루어진 튜브;
상기 튜브의 외주면을 감싸고, 세라믹 재질로 이루어진 단열재;
상기 단열재의 양쪽면 테두리를 따라 각각 구비되고, 띠 형태로 이루어진 플랜지; 및
상기 튜브의 내벽에, 배플(baffle)이 탈부착될 수 있도록 형성된 적어도 하나의 배플 결합부를 포함하는 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배플 결합부는 상기 튜브의 길이 방향으로 연장되고, 튜브 내벽에서 외벽 방향으로 함몰된 홈 형상인 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배플 결합부에 적어도 하나의 배플이 결합된 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 튜브의 중심축을 기준으로 대칭되는 위치에 형성된 적어도 한 쌍 이상의 배플 결합부를 포함하고, 상기 한 쌍의 배플 결합부에 하나의 배플이 결합된 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 배플이 상기 튜브의 길이 방향에 평행한 방향으로 배치되도록 결합된 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 배플이 상기 튜브의 길이 방향에 수직한 방향으로 배치되도록 결합된 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 튜브의 중심축을 기준으로 대칭되는 위치에 형성된 두 쌍의 배플 결합부를 포함하고, 상기 두 쌍의 배플 결합부에 단면이 십자 형태인 배플이 결합된 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배플 결합부에 2개 이상의 배플이 결합된 것인 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 배플 결합부에 배플을 고정하기 위한 고정 부재가 결합되는 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 배플의 폭이 상기 튜브의 내경보다 작은 것인 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 튜브 내측에 형상 또는 배치 형태가 상이한 2개 이상의 배플이 결합된 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 튜브와 상기 단열재 사이에는 상기 튜브의 외주면을 따라 배치되는 복수개의 발열체(Susceptor)가 더 포함하는 튜브 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단열재의 외주면에 구비되고 상기 단열재의 강도를 보강하는 하나 이상의 보강바가 더 포함되는 튜브 모듈.
- 길이방향으로 배치되는 복수개의 튜브 모듈; 및
길이방향으로 배치된 복수개의 상기 튜브 모듈을 연결되게 결합하는 결합 부재를 포함하며,
상기 튜브 모듈은 중공이 형성되고 세라믹 재질로 이루어진 튜브, 상기 튜브의 외주면을 감싸고 세라믹 재질로 이루어진 단열재, 상기 단열재의 양쪽면 테두리를 따라 각각 구비되고 띠 형태로 이루어진 플랜지, 및 상기 튜브의 내벽에, 배플(baffle)이 탈부착될 수 있도록 형성된 적어도 하나의 배플 결합부를 포함하고,
상기 결합부재는 상호 대응하는 튜브 모듈의 플랜지와 튜브 모듈의 플랜지를 결합하여 상기 튜브 모듈 복수개를 길이방향으로 연결하는 튜브 조립체.
- 청구항 14에 따른 튜브 조립체를 포함하는 양극 활물질 소성장치.
