Description

접착제 미사용 생리대{Non-adhesive sanitary pad}Non-adhesive sanitary pad {Non-adhesive sanitary pad}

The present invention relates to an adhesive-free sanitary napkin, and more particularly, to an adhesive-free sanitary napkin manufactured only by heat sealing without using an adhesive.

In general, sanitary napkins are used by women during menstruation to absorb large amounts of secretions such as men's fluid, blood, urine and other secretions. The sanitary napkin is designed to be placed close to the vulva of the body, and after it is attached to the underwear with adhesive or mechanically, it prevents secretions from leaking out and allows it to be absorbed by itself.

A conventional sanitary napkin puts a waterproof sheet for waterproofing on the part where it is attached to the panties, an absorbent body for absorbing secretions is disposed on the waterproof sheet, a mesh top cover is disposed on the upper surface of the absorbent body, and the rim area is sealed is manufactured by

Conventional sanitary napkins are made of a waterproof sheet made of polyethylene (PE), and a top cover made of polypropylene (PP), which is a non-woven fabric or rayon fiber. Since the waterproof sheet and the top cover have different materials, they were firmly adhered and sealed using an adhesive to prevent leakage of internal secretions to the outside. In addition, in order to improve the adhesive strength, the bonding area had to be increased.

However, since the sanitary napkin is in direct contact with a woman's sensitive body part, if an adhesive is used, it may cause skin troubles of the user, and may cause itching in the groin, thereby seriously harming the health of the user.
