Abstract

The present invention relates to a wallpaper-fixed hanger, comprising: a block-shaped body; a plate-shaped reinforcing cover extending downward in front of the body; a plurality of wedge pins inserted into the body and arranged behind the reinforcing cover and inserted into a wallpaper to fix the body to the wallpaper; a fixture which is provided on at least one of the body and the reinforcing cover, and wherein an article is being detachably fixed; and a supporter in close contact with the wallpaper to prevent bending of the reinforcing cover and supporting the rear of the reinforcing cover. According to the present invention, the reinforcing cover may be supported through the supporter. An objective of the present invention is to provide the wallpaper-fixed hanger provided with a support member for supporting the rear of the reinforcing cover integrally provided in the body.

Description

Wallpaper-fixed hanger {WALLPAPER FIXING TYPE HANGER}

The present invention relates to a wallpaper-fixing hanger, and to a wallpaper-fixing hanger provided with a wedge pin to be inserted into and embedded in wallpaper and provided with a member for hanging articles.

In general, picture frames, calendars, or ornaments are hung and fixed by driving nails or screws into the wall. In contrast, wall-mounted hangers equipped with hooks and double-sided tape on the front and back are attached to the wall and then fixed. are doing However, these nails or screws not only damage the wall, but also make it difficult to fix them by driving them into the wall. In addition, wall-mounted hangers can only hang light weight, and when heavy objects are caught, they fall off the wall.

In order to solve this problem, the applicant of the present invention has applied for a patent with the Korean Intellectual Property Office for 'a hanger for small items fixed to wallpaper' and has been registered as Patent Registration Nos. 1374166 and 1450470. Such a hanger is composed of a block-shaped body provided with a plate-shaped reinforcing cover and needle-shaped wedge pins on the front and rear, respectively, and the wedge pins are inserted into the wallpaper to fix them, and as a hook is provided on the front of the body, small items are stored. It can be fixed by hanging on a hook. Accordingly, the hanger according to the present invention inserts the wedge pin into the wallpaper, so it is easy to install, and if necessary, the wedge pin can be separated from the wallpaper and fixed again in another position.

On the other hand, Patent Registration No. 1794422 of the Korean Intellectual Property Office discloses a 'wallpaper fixing installation hanger assembly' having a wedge pin on the body like the applicant of the present invention. In this prior art, the body is bisected so as to be assembled, wedge pins are separately configured on each divided body, and after each wedge pin provided in the body is inserted into the wallpaper, each body is matched with each other to form a single body. . However, in this prior art, since the body is divided, manufacturing is difficult as well as manufacturing cost is excessively required, and it is very inconvenient to use because each wedge pin formed in the body must be inserted into the wallpaper separately.

On the other hand, Patent Registration No. 1854558 of the Korean Intellectual Property Office discloses a 'hanger assembly for fixing and installing wallpaper' having a wedge pin on the body. In this hanger assembly, a wedge pin is provided on a triangular cross-section body without the aforementioned reinforcing cover, the wedge pin is driven into the wallpaper to fix the body, and then an inverted triangular fixing block is inserted in the lower portion of the body to secure the inside of the body. By reinforcing, it is possible to prevent the body fixed to the wallpaper from being bent. However, this prior art also has a problem in that the manufacturing cost is excessively required because the body and the fixing block must be manufactured by molding respectively.

On the other hand, Patent Registration No. 1670207 of the Korean Intellectual Property Office discloses a 'hanger for small items fixed to the wallpaper' consisting of a body equipped with a wedge pin and a reinforcing block coupled thereto to reinforce the inner side of the body, as in the aforementioned No. 1854558. do. This prior art also requires excessive manufacturing cost because the reinforcing block must be manufactured separately from the body as described above, and in addition, there is a risk of loss as the reinforcing block is manufactured separately from the body.

On the other hand, the above-mentioned prior art is not suitable for fixing the type of goods such as other pictures or electric wires as the body is provided with hooks on the body and configured so that the goods can be hung. must be purchased separately, and in the case of a manufacturer, there is a problem in that these hangers must be manufactured separately.

The present invention was created to solve the above problems, and a support member for supporting the rear of the reinforcing cover integrally provided on the body is provided, and the member to which the article is fixed has various structures so that various articles can be fixed. The purpose is to provide a wallpaper fixing hanger provided with such a member so that it can be replaced.

Wallpaper-fixed hanger of the present invention for achieving the above object, a block-shaped body; a plate-shaped reinforcing cover extending downwardly in front of the body; a plurality of wedge pins inserted into the body and arranged behind the reinforcing cover and inserted into the wallpaper to fix the body to the wallpaper; a fixture provided on at least one of the body and the reinforcing cover, the article being detachably fixed; and a supporter in close contact with the wallpaper to support the rear of the reinforcing cover to prevent bending of the reinforcing cover.

The fixture is composed of at least one of a hook-shaped hook, a tubular elastic holder with a side cutout, a clip-type elastic clamp with an open top or bottom, and a magnet to which a magnetic metal is attached.

The present invention further includes a fastener for removably fixing the fixture to the body or the reinforcing cover.

The fastener may include a fitting plate integrally provided with the fixture; a pocket formed in the form of a groove on the body or the reinforcing cover and into which the fitting plate is inserted; and a coupling member respectively formed in a female and male shape on the pocket and the fitting plate, and coupled to each other to constrain the fitting plate to the pocket.

The supporter is composed of at least one of a support rib and a support protrusion protruding from the rear or the lower end of the reinforcing cover.

As described above, in the present invention as described above, as a supporter made of a support rib or a support protrusion is provided at the rear of the reinforcing cover, the reinforcing cover is supported through this. It does not tilt, and since a supporter made of a support rib or a support protrusion supports the wedge pin inserted into the wallpaper, the wedge pin can be fixed more firmly.

In particular, since the support ribs or support protrusions are integrally formed with the reinforcing cover, all components including the body and wedge pins can be manufactured by a single molding, and thus all components can be configured as one single body. Not only is this convenient, but it is also easy to store.

And, since the fixture is composed of a hook, an elastic holder, an elastic clamp and/or a magnet, various articles can be fixed.

In addition, since the fastener is detachably fixed to the body or the reinforcing cover by means of a fastener, various fasteners can be selectively fixed to the body and used.

In addition, since the fastener is composed of a fitting plate, a pocket, and a coupling member, it is possible to securely and stably fix the fixture to the body or the reinforcing cover.

Hereinafter, a wallpaper fixing hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The wallpaper fixing hanger according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a body 10 , a reinforcing cover 20 and a wedge pin 30 , and a fixture and a supporter to be described later as shown in FIG. 1 .

The body 10 is configured in a block shape as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and has a thickness. The body 10 may be configured in a substantially rectangular block shape as shown, but may be configured in blocks having various shapes, such as a circle, an oval, or a circle, a pentagon, or an octagon. The body 10 may have a groove 10a and a rib (R) formed on the rear side as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 1 for weight reduction and rigidity reinforcement.

The reinforcing cover 20 is a plate-shaped member formed in front of the body 10 in FIGS. 1 and 2 . The reinforcing cover 20 extends downward from the front of the body 10 to shield a portion of the wedge pin 30 to be described later.

The wedge pin 30 is inserted and fixed to the body 10 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and is arranged at the rear of the reinforcing cover 20 . The wedge pins 30 are configured in plurality as shown. The wedge pin 30 is formed in the shape of a needle as shown and is inserted into the wallpaper. Accordingly, the body 10 is fixed to the wallpaper by the wedge pins 30 .

The fixture is provided on at least one of the body 10 and the reinforcing cover 20 so that the article is detachably fixed to the aforementioned body 10 or the reinforcing cover 20 . The fixture may be configured as a hook (H) in the form of a hook as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , for example. The hook (H) is preferably provided at the front of the body 10 as shown. The hook (H) is fixed by hanging items such as clothes or picture frames.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the wedge pin 30 is inserted into the wallpaper W and the body 10 is fixed to the wallpaper W, the supporter supports the rear of the reinforcement cover 20 to support the reinforcement cover 20 ), when the article is fixed to the fixture of the body 10, the body 10 is prevented from inclining in the front of the wallpaper (W) due to a load. The supporter, for example, may be composed of support ribs 21 formed vertically along the downward direction on both sides of the reinforcing cover 20 as shown in FIG. 1 .

The support rib 21 is formed on the rear surface of the reinforcing cover 20 so as to be spaced apart from the wedge pin 30 by a gap as shown in enlarged view in FIG. 2 . As shown in FIG. 3 , the support rib 21 is closely attached to the wall paper W to prevent bending of the reinforcing cover 20 when the wedge pin 30 is inserted into the wallpaper W and fixed. ) to support the rear. Accordingly, the body 10 does not tilt forward because bending of the reinforcing cover 20 is prevented by the support rib 21 even when the article is caught on the hook H in the front.

It is preferable that the support rib 21 has a curvature formed at the end of the lower end as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 . Accordingly, when the wedge pin 30 is inserted into the wallpaper W, the lower end of the support rib 21 is not caught on the wallpaper W due to its curvature.

The support rib 21 is preferably formed shorter than the width of the body 10 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 so that the wedge pin 30 is easily embedded in the wallpaper W. As shown in FIGS. However, the support rib 21 may be formed to have the same width as the body 10 as shown in FIG. 4 . In this case, since the support rib 21 is more strongly adhered to the wallpaper W when the wedge pin 30 is fixed, the reinforcing cover 20 can be more strongly supported.

The support ribs 21 may be formed in plurality in the width direction of the reinforcing cover 20 as shown in FIG. 4 . That is, the support ribs 21 may be provided not only on both sides of the reinforcing cover 20 but also between both sides. In this case, the support rib 21 may support the reinforcing cover 20 as a whole. At this time, the support rib 21 is preferably configured to be provided between the wedge pins 30 as shown to uniformly support the rear of the reinforcing cover 20 .

In the wallpaper fixing hanger according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 3 , the wedge pin 30 is embedded in the wallpaper W, so that the body 10 is fixed to the wallpaper W. As shown in FIG. At this time, the support rib 21 of the supporter supports the rear of the reinforcing cover 20 while closely adhering to the wallpaper W as shown. Therefore, the body 10 is not inclined forward even if the article is caught on the hook (H) of the fixture provided in the front.

The wallpaper fixing hanger as described above is manufactured because all components can be molded together with the body 10 at once as the support rib 21 of the supporter is integrally formed with the reinforcing cover 20 as described above. It is easy to use, and since the reinforcing cover 20 can be supported through the support rib 21, it is possible to prevent the body 10 from being tilted when the article is fixed. In addition, since the support rib 21 supports the wedge pin 30 inserted into the wallpaper W, the wedge pin 30 is more firmly fixed.

Here, the above-mentioned supporter, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, is formed at the rear of the reinforcing cover 20, and can be composed of a support protrusion 22 formed in a horizontal state along the width direction of the reinforcing cover 20. have. The support protrusion 22 may be formed in a horizontal state at the lower end of the reinforcing cover 20 as shown, but alternatively may be formed in a horizontal state in the middle portion of the reinforcing cover 20 . The support protrusion 22 may be formed at any of the lower end or the middle portion of the reinforcing cover 20 if it is possible to prevent the reinforcing cover 20 from being bent.

As shown in FIG. 6 , the support protrusion 22 is approximately an inverted triangle as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 so that the edge does not catch on the wallpaper W when the wedge pin 30 is inserted into the wallpaper W as shown in FIG. 6 . It may be formed in a cross-section of, alternatively, may be formed in a semi-circular cross-section as shown enlarged in FIG. 5 . As shown in FIG. 6 , the support protrusion 22 supports the lower end of the reinforcing cover 20 while closely adhering to the wallpaper W to prevent the reinforcing cover 20 from being inclined in an inclined state. Accordingly, the reinforcing cover 20 prevents the body 10 from being inclined. In addition, since the support protrusion 22 supports the wedge pin 30 inserted into the wallpaper W, the wedge pin 30 is more firmly fixed.

The above-described support protrusion 22 may be divided into a plurality of parts as shown in enlarged view in FIG. 6 . That is, the support protrusion 22 may be configured as a single unit as shown, or may be divided and configured in plurality. Although these support protrusions 22 are provided only on both sides of the reinforcing cover 20, they can sufficiently support the rear of the reinforcing cover 20. It can support the rear of the reinforcing cover (20). At this time, the support protrusion 22 is preferably provided between the wedge pins 30 as enlarged so that the rear of the reinforcing cover 20 is evenly supported.

On the other hand, the above-described fixture may be configured as a hook (H) as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, but may be configured in various forms so as to be able to fix an article such as an electric wire, a photograph, or a metal material. Such a fixture is, for example, a tubular elastic holder 13 as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 or a clip-type elastic clamp 14 as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 or shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 . It may be composed of at least one of the magnets MG such as the bar.

The elastic holder 13 is composed of a tubular body with a side (one side) cut off as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, and a cylinder 13b having a semicircular cross section in which the side is vertically cut as shown. . The cylinder (13b) is preferably configured in a state opposite to the front side of the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 to be described later as a plurality of configuration as shown in parallel while forming. At this time, the cylinder (13b) is preferably provided on both sides of the protrusion (13a) around the protrusion (13a) provided in the front of the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 as shown, respectively, the cut-out portion It is preferable to be positioned on the opposite side of the protrusion 13a.

As shown in FIG. 9 , the elastic holder 13 may be vertically provided with a locking wing 13c in the cut-out portion of the cylinder 13b. These locking wings 13c prevent the linear article WR, such as an electric wire, being inserted into the elastic holder 13 from being separated from the elastic holder 13 as shown.

Here, the above-described protrusion 13a may be formed in a block shape to be firmly fixed to the body 10 or the fitting plate 12, but as shown in FIG. It can also be composed of a bent plate bent in the same shape as 'a'.

In the elastic holder 13 as described above, as one side of the cylinder 13b is cut, a linear article WR such as an electric wire is introduced through the cut side of the cylinder 13b. At this time, as one side of the cylinder 13b is cut, it is smoothly spread when the linear article WR is introduced.

The elastic holder 13 controls the departure of the linear article WR into which the engaging wing 13c provided in the cut-out portion of the cylinder 13b is introduced, as shown in FIG. 9 . Accordingly, the elastic holder 13 can detachably fix the linear article WR to the cylinder 13b.

On the other hand, the aforementioned elastic clamp 14 is integrally provided in front of the fitting plate 12 to be described later as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 , or is integrally provided in front of the aforementioned body 10 . The elastic clamp 14 is a member in the form of a clip with an open lower portion made of a plate shape as shown, and a semicircular curved portion 14a integrally formed in front of the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 as shown. and an inclined portion 14b that is formed to extend downward while forming an inclination to the curved portion 14a so that the lower end is in close contact with the front of the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 .

The elastic clamp 14 is composed of a curved portion 14a and an inclined portion 14b as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, and the lower end of the inclined portion 14b is elastically formed as shown by a broken line in FIG. As it spreads, the lower part is opened. The elastic clamp 14 is fixed by sandwiching a thin plate material such as a photograph (PT) or paper (PA) through an open lower end as shown in FIG. 12 . Here, the above-described elastic clamp 14 is bent to have an inclination opposite to that of the inclined portion 14b at the end of the inclined portion 14b as shown in FIG. 12 so that the thin plate material is easily inserted into the open lower portion. It is preferable that the bent end portion 14c is extended. Since the elastic clamp 14 has a bent end portion 14c inclined in the opposite direction to the inclined portion 14b, the thin plate material is easily inserted through the open lower side.

The elastic clamp 14 may be provided in series in front of the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 to be described later, which is configured in plurality as shown in FIG. 15 . At this time, the elastic clamps 14 are provided in opposite directions to each other as shown, so that one is opened at the bottom, and the other is provided so that the upper side is opened. As shown in the figure, the elastic clamp 14 may be fixed by inserting a thin plate such as paper PA or photo PT, respectively.

The elastic clamp 14 may be provided in front of the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 to be described later together with a magnet MG to be described later as shown in enlarged view in FIG. 15 . In this case, the above-mentioned fasteners can detachably fix all of the magnetic metal (IR), such as a clip for a thin plate and stationery.

In addition, the elastic clamp 14 may be provided in front of the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 to be described later together with the above-described hook (H), unlike as shown. At this time, the hook (H) is preferably provided on the upper portion of the elastic clamp (14). In this case, both the thin plate material and the hookable article can be fixed to the aforementioned fixture.

On the other hand, the aforementioned magnet MG is provided in front of the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 to be described later as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 . The magnet MG is preferably fixed to the body 10 or the fitting plate 12 with an insert as shown, but may be attached to their surface by an adhesive.

The magnet MG is detachably attached to the magnetic metal IR as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 . Therefore, the above-mentioned fixture may fix a conventional stationery clip or pushpin made of magnetic metal (IR).

On the other hand, the aforementioned fixture may be removably fixed to the body 10 as shown in FIG. 7 through a fastener. The fixture may be removably fixed to the reinforcing cover 20 through a fastener, unlike shown.

The fastener is a component for removably fixing the fixture to the body 10 or the reinforcing cover 20 . The fastener may include, for example, a fitting plate 12 , a pocket 10b and a coupling member to be described later as shown in FIG. 7 .

The fitting plate 12 is a hook (H) as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 or the aforementioned elastic holder 13, an elastic clamp 14 and/or a magnet (MG) as shown in FIGS. 9 to 15. ) is a plate-shaped member equipped with such a fixture. The fitting plate 12 is composed of a front plate 12a integrally formed with the fixture, and a rear plate 12b integrally formed behind the front plate 12a, as shown. The rear plate 12b is formed to have a shorter length than the front plate 12a as shown to limit the insertion depth when inserted into a pocket 10b to be described later, thereby forming a step with the front plate 12a. The rear plate 12b is preferably formed to be wider than the front plate 12a as shown so that both sides are caught in the pocket 10b to be described later.

The pocket 10b is formed in the form of a groove in the front of the body 10 to a depth corresponding to the length and width of the aforementioned rear plate 12b, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 . The pocket 10b has a front open as shown so that the aforementioned front plate 12a is inserted, and a stepped 10d is formed on the inside so that the lower end of the rear plate 12b is caught, and the rear plate 12b The locking jaws (10e) are protrudingly formed on both sides of the front so that both sides are caught. The rim (RM) is formed in front of the locking jaw (10e) as shown so that the lower end is caught while the edge of the front plate (12a) is supported. The rim RM is formed in front of the locking jaw 10e in a shape corresponding to the side and lower ends of the front plate 12a as shown.

The coupling member may be composed of a coupling hole 10c and a coupling protrusion 12c respectively formed in female and male shapes in the pocket 10b and the fitting plate 12 as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 . The coupling hole 10c may be formed as a through hole or a groove as shown. The coupling protrusion 12c is protruded to the rear plate 12b of the fitting plate 12 in a substantially inverted triangular cross-sectional shape as shown. The coupling protrusion 12c is fitted and coupled to the coupling hole 10c as shown. Accordingly, the fitting plate 12 inserted into the pocket 10b is not separated upward by the coupling protrusions 12c and the coupling holes 10c that are matched with each other. And, the fitting plate 12 does not separate downward as the lower ends of the rear plate 12b and the front plate 12a are caught by the step 10d and the rim RM, as shown. In addition, the fitting plate 12 does not separate forward as both sides of the rear plate 12b are caught by the locking jaws 10e of the pocket 10b as shown.

In the wallpaper fixing hanger according to the embodiment of the present invention as described above, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 15 , the fitting plate 12 provided with the fixture integrally is inserted into the pocket 10b of the body 10 to insert the body Fix the fitting plate (12) to (10).
