Abstract

The present invention relates to a nose mask, wherein one side of a filter is moved so that during inhalation, the filter is sucked in to narrow a passage, and during exhalation, the filter is pushed to open the passage. Accordingly, fine dust or viruses are filtered out during inhalation, and during exhalation, the exhalation of a breath is not blocked, making it easier to breathe. To this end, the present invention relates to a nose mask which comprises: a pair of soft insertion parts made of a silicone material and inserted into the nose, wherein the insertion parts are provided in a state being bounded through a connection part; and porous sponge filters inserted into the insertion parts, respectively, so as to remove fine dust and viruses in the process of breathing. Each filter is provided so that one lower end thereof inserted into the nose is rotatable through an attachment part on an inner circumferential surface of each insertion part, and a fine passage is formed between each filter and insertion part on a side opposed to the attachment part. During an inhalation process, each filter is rotated around the attachment part and is sucked in to be in close contact with the passage. During an exhalation process, each filter is tilted around the attachment part so as to be separated from the passage.

Description

코마스크{nose mask}nose mask {nose mask}

The present invention relates to a nose mask, and more particularly, by moving one side of the filter so that the filter is sucked in in inhalation to narrow the passage and the passage is opened while the filter is pushed in exhalation, fine dust or viruses are filtered by the filter in the inhalation It is about a nose mask that is easy to breathe because it does not block the discharge of respiration from exhalation.

Dust refers to particulate matter that floats or is blown down in the atmosphere, and it is generated a lot when burning fossil fuels such as coal and petroleum, or from exhaust gases from factories and automobiles. Depending on the particle size, dust is divided into total suspended particles (TSP) with a particle size of 50 μm or less and particulate matter (PM) with very small particle size. Since fine dust is so small that it is invisible to the naked eye, it stays in the air and can adversely affect health by penetrating into the lungs through the respiratory tract or moving into the body through blood vessels.

In consideration of this, a mask made of a non-woven fabric material that has been treated with static electricity is worn. When wearing a mask in winter, it is difficult to see well due to fogging of the glasses, and there are disadvantages such as a poor fit because it covers most of the face.

Conventional Public Utility Model No. 2010-0003042 has a U-shaped connection part formed on one side to connect a pair of protruding insertion tubes inserted into the nostrils and opened at both sides and the pair of protruding insertion tubes, and to enable filtering of fine dust. A nose mask has been proposed that includes a filter formed on the inside of the protruding insertion tube.

In addition, according to the related art Patent Publication No. 2017-0136822, in the nose plug having a resilient outer skin that is closely adhered to the inside of the nose, the resilient outer sheath is inserted into the nose to prevent external dust from entering the body without going through a filter By doing so, a dust-proof nose mask that can prevent various diseases that can be caused by impurities such as fine dust that directly flows into the nasal passages without going through a filter has been proposed.

However, in the prior patent, because the filter mounted inside the nasal intubation tube or the sheath is fixedly built into the nasal intubation tube and the sheath, it interferes with breathing during the inhalation or exhalation process. there was. In particular, the role of the filter is required for the inhalation of inhalation and the function of the filter is not necessary for the exhalation, but the conventional filter blocks the breathing passage regardless of the inhalation and exhalation, so improvement is required.

The present invention was developed in consideration of the problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to narrow the passage by sucking the filter in inhalation and moving one side of the filter so that the passage is opened while the filter is pushed in the exhalation. The purpose is to provide a nose mask that is easy to breathe because it is filtered through the filter and the exhalation of respiration is not blocked.

To this end, the present invention is provided with a pair of silicone soft inserts to be fitted into the nose, and these inserts are provided in a state of being tied to each other through a connection part, and a porous sponge filter is inserted into each insert part to prevent fine dust and dust in the breathing process. In the nose mask for filtering viruses, the lower end of each filter inserted into the nose is rotatably provided on the inner circumferential surface of each insertion part through an adhesive part, and the opposite side of the adhesive part is a fine passage between each filter and the insertion part is formed; In the inhalation process, each filter is rotated around the adhesive part to be sucked in and closely adhered to the passage, and in the exhalation process, each filter is tilted around the adhesive part and separated from the passage.

According to the present invention, a filter made of a porous sponge material is embedded in the soft insert part made of silicone material to be inserted into the nose, and a silicone adhesive is applied so that only one side of the filter is fixed to the inner surface of the insert part. Therefore, the filter is hinged to the inside of the insert through the adhesive and moves fluidly, and the filter is sucked into the insert and the passage is narrowed during inhalation during the breathing process.

Therefore, the inflow of foreign substances or viruses is blocked, and, conversely, the filter is rotated and pushed based on the adhesive part during exhalation, so the passage is opened and breathing is easily discharged. In particular, the filter on the opposite side of the adhesive part falls off the inner circumferential surface during rotation. Therefore, there is an advantage of comfortable breathing due to the simple feature that the passageway is opened.

Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the inhalation process of the nose mask of an embodiment of the present invention
Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the exhalation process of the nose mask according to an embodiment of the present invention

1 to 3, the nose mask of one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a pair of soft inserts 10 made of a silicone material and enters the nose. These inserts 10 have a structure in which the side surfaces are formed in an arc shape and are in close contact with the inner wall of the nose when inserted into the nose, are connected to each other through the connecting part 11, and the open top of each insert 10 is for breathing. A thin band 12 that does not interfere is provided to prevent the filter 20 from falling out.

A filter 20 made of a porous sponge is fitted into each of the inserts 10 . These filters 20 serve to block the inflow of fine dust or viruses into the human body. Each of the filters 20 is fitted in the insertion unit 10, the outer peripheral surface of the filter 20 and the inner peripheral surface of the insertion unit 10 are close to each other to prevent breathing through the passage 31 between them.

In addition, each filter 20 constitutes an adhesive part 30 in which one lower end inserted into the nose is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the insertion part 10 through a silicone adhesive. Each of the attachment parts 30 is formed in the insertion part 10 to correspond to the connection part 11, and each filter 20 is pulled to one side due to the adhesive part 30 and is biased. Since it is biased to one side than when it is placed concentrically with the (10), the passage (20) is secured with a margin.

In one embodiment of the present invention configured in this way, as shown in FIG. 2 , the filter 20 is rotated based on the adhesive part 30 and pulled into the nose during the inhalation process. Therefore, since the passage 31 between the filter 20 and the insertion part 10 is blocked, breathing does not leak and flows into the human body through the filter 20 .

Conversely, as in FIG. 3 , in the exhalation process, the filter 20 is pushed downward along the exhalation direction of respiration and is rotated based on the adhesive part 30 . At this time, the upper edge opposite the adhesive part 30 is not in close contact with the passage 31 and maintains a separated state, so breathing is rapidly discharged between the separated passage 31 . Conventionally, it was difficult to expel the breath quickly because the discharge of the breath is made through the filter (20).

Therefore, there was a problem in that the fit of the nose mask fell when breathing was short during mountaineering or vigorous exercise. In one embodiment of the present invention, the filter 20 is rotated while being pushed in the discharge direction with respect to the adhesive part 30 in the process of discharging respiration. (31) is not blocked, so there is an advantage that breathing is easily discharged.
