Abstract

Disclosed are a method for supporting real estate transaction through a network and a management server used therefor. The present invention is realized through the processes that a management server receives a real estate brokerage request from a consumer terminal in which a real estate introduction video selected by a consumer is output, searches for an agent terminal corresponding to the real estate introduction video, and transmits the real estate brokerage request to the searched broker terminal.
