Abstract

본 발명은 초유 음이온 생리대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 생리대의 부직포를 초유에 함침하여, 예민한 부분의 트러블을 줄이면서도 음이온이 형성되어 냄새를 제거하고 생리통을 완화할 수 있도록 하는 초유 음이온 생리대에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 바림직한 실시예로 형성된 초유 음이온 생리대에 의하면 대나무부직포로 형성되는 상부커버가 하나더 있어서 속커버까지 빠르게 분비물이 흡수되서 내려가기 때문에 분비물이 배출된 후에도 상부커버의 표면이 매우 깔끔하고, 상부커버가 천연 소재인 대나무섬유로 형성되는 부직포로 형성되기 때문에 피부자극이 적어서 안전하며, 원적외선 방사 및 음이온이 방사되고, 나노스케일의 금속가루로 인하여 세균이 번식하지 못하고 살균되어 매우 위생적인 등의 효과가 발생한다.

Description

초유 음이온 생리대{COLOSTRUM NEGATIVE ION SANITARY PAD}
본 발명은 초유 음이온 생리대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 생리대의 부직포를 초유에 함침하여, 예민한 부분의 트러블을 줄이면서도 음이온이 형성되어 냄새를 제거하고 생리통을 완화할 수 있도록 하는 초유 음이온 생리대에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 여성용 생리대는 생리혈과 같은 여성의 성기에서 배출되는 분비물들을 흡수하도록 형성되는 것으로, 활동성이 강한 현대 여성들에게 이러한 분비물들이 새어나가지 않는 제품들이 많이 제공되고 있다.
종래의 생리대는 도 1과 같이 피부와 직접 접촉하고 생리혈이나 질분비물(이하, '분비물'이라 통칭함)을 흡수층으로(30)으로 통과시켜 주는 속커버(20)와; 상기 속커버(20)의 아래쪽에서 분비물을 직접흡수하는 흡수층(30)과; 상기 흡수층(30)을 보유한 분비물이 새지 않도록 막아주는 겉커버(10)로 구성된다.
상기 흡수층(20)에는 부직포, 펄프, 고분자 흡수체 등이 분비물을 직접 흡수하고 보유하는 역할을 하도록 형성된다.
이러한 생리대에 관한 기술은 분비물의 흡수량에 관한 기술, 분비물이 잘 새어나가지 않도록 하는 기술, 피부에 닿는 면이 예민한 부분에 좋은 영향을 줄 수 있도록 하는 기술 등으로 많이 개발되었다.
대한민국 공개특허 제2018-0013793호에는 흡수제에 유산균을 배양하여 항균, 항진이 되도록 하는 기술이 개시되어 있고, 등록특허공보 제1102681호에는 피부에 생리혈이 닿는 부분을 최소화하여 예민한 부분에 좋지 않는 영향을 미치지 않도록 하는 생리대가 제공되며, 공개실용신안공보 제2019-0002712호에는 분비물이 새어나가지 않는 기술 등에 관하여 개시된 바 있다.
그러나, 종래의 생리대는 다음과 같은 문제점이 있었다.
(1) 속커버가 분비물을 빠르게 흡수층으로 배출시켜주지 못해서 이물감과 불쾌감이 높다.
(2) 속커버의 표면이 거칠어 피부자극에 민감하고, 분비물 이외에 마찰에 의해서도 예민한 부분이 다칠 수 있다.
(3) 오염에 의한 세균의 증식 및 냄새가 많이 발생한다.
상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 발명은 표면을 감싸는 상부커버와; 분비물을 빠르게 흡수시키는 속커버와; 상기 속커버의 아래쪽에서 분비물을 직접흡수하는 흡수층과; 상기 흡수층을 보유한 분비물이 새지 않도록 막아주는 겉커버로 구성되는 일반적인 생리대에 있어서,
상기 상부커버는 초유에 함침한 대나무부직포로 형성되고,
상기 속커버는 초유를 함침한 부직포로 형성되며, 상단에 일자형상의 음이온원단이 형성되고,
상기 흡수층은 천열펄프로 형성되는 엠보싱압축시트로 형성되며, 나노스케일로 형성되는 금속가루가 포함되어 형성되고,
상기 겉커버는 방수이면서 공기는 통할 수 있도록 형성된 압축부직포로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 바림직한 실시예로 형성된 초유 음이온 생리대에 의하면 다음과 같은 효과가 발생한다.
(1) 대나무부직포로 형성되는 상부커버가 하나더 있어서 속커버까지 빠르게 분비물이 흡수되서 내려가기 때문에 분비물이 배출된 후에도 상부커버의 표면이 매우 깔끔하다.
(2) 상부커버가 천연 소재인 대나무섬유로 형성되는 부직포로 형성되기 때문에 피부자극이 적어서 안전하다.
(3) 원적외선 방사 및 음이온이 방사되고, 나노스케일의 금속가루로 인하여 세균이 번식하지 못하고 살균되어 매우 위생적이다.

본 발명은 표면을 감싸는 상부커버(25)와; 분비물을 빠르게 흡수시키는 속커버(20)와; 상기 속커버(20)의 아래쪽에서 분비물을 직접흡수하는 흡수층(30)과; 상기 흡수층(30)을 보유한 분비물이 새지 않도록 막아주는 겉커버(10)로 구성되는 일반적인 생리대에 있어서,
상기 상부커버(25)는 초유에 함침한 대나무부직포로 형성되고,
상기 속커버(20)는 초유를 함침한 부직포로 형성되며, 상단에 일자형상의 음이온원단(22)이 형성되고,
상기 흡수층(30)은 천열펄프로 형성되는 엠보싱압축시트로 형성되며, 나노스케일로 형성되는 금속가루가 포함되어 형성되고,
상기 겉커버(10)는 방수이면서 공기는 통할 수 있도록 형성된 압축부직포로 형성된다.
본 발명의 생리대는 기본적으로 4개의 층으로 구성되는데, 상단에 상부커버(25), 속커버(20), 흡수층(30) 및 겉커버(10)로 구성된다.
상기 상부커버(25)는 피부와 직접 닿는 곳으로, 대나무에서 추출한 섬유를 부직포와 같이 압착하여 형성한 천연 대나무 부직포를 사용한다.
이때, 상기 천연 대나무부직포는 초유와 물의 중량비를 1:8로 하여 희석한 현탁액에 대나무부직포를 가압챔버에 1.5기압에서 10시간 동안 함침하여 건조하여 형성한다.
상기 건조할 때 열풍건조가 아닌 자연풍건조를 하여 초유가 강한 바람에 빠져나가지 않도록 한다.
상기 초유는 젖소에서 나오는 우유중 초산을 한 젖소에게서 얻은 것을 저온살균한 후 사용한다.
상기 속커버(20)는 압축부직포의 일종인 샙시트(SAP sheet)로, SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer)은 흡수성이 좋은 압축부직포가 사용된다.
상기 속커버(20)는 초유와 물의 중량비를 1:8로 하여 희석한 현탁액에 샙시트를 가압챔버에 1.5기압에서 20시간 동안 함침하여 건조하여 형성한다.
상기와 같이 속커버(20)에서 1차로 흡수하기 때문에 분비물이 상부커버(25)에 닿으면 빠르게 끌어당겨서 상부커버(25)의 표면에는 분비물이 묻어 있지 않도록 한다.
상기 상부커버(25)와 속커버(20)의 사이에는 일자형상의 음이온원단(22)이 형성되는데, 상기 음이온원단(22)은 압축부직포에 희토류 광석의 음이온을 배출하는 물질을 스퍼터기로 작은 크기로 주입하여 음이온을 발생시킬 수 있도록 형성된다.
상기 음이온원단(22)은 예민한 피부가 닿는 부위 바로 하단에 형성되어 세균의 발생을 최대한 억제할 수 있도록 형성된다.
상기 흡수층(30)은 천연펄프로 형성되는 압축시트로 엠보싱으로 압축하여 형성하는데, 스퍼터기를 사용하여 천연펄프의 상단에 금속가루를 나노스케일(nano scale)로 흡착시켜 형성한다.
상기 금속가루는 구리 또는 은이 적당하고, 이러한 금속가루는 전자적인 작용에 의하여 세균의 증식을 막아주게 된다.
상기 겉커버(10)는 공기를 배출할 수 있는 나일론원단의 하단에 부틸원단을 형성하여 공기는 배출되면서 액체는 출되지 않도록 형성된다.
상기 겉커버(10)의 나일론원단의 두께는 부틸원단의 두께에 1/10정도의 두께로 나일론원단을 매우 얇게 형성한다.
상기 겉커버(10)의 하단에는 접착제가 형성되고, 접착제에는 이형지가 부착된다.
상기 겉커버(10)의 양측면에는 날개부(11)를 형성하여 사용자가 팬티에 잘 접착시킬 수 있도록 형성하고, 모두 사용하였을 경우에는 날개부(11)의 끝단에 부착된 접착제로 잘 접어서 버릴 수 있도록 형성된다.
상기한 것과 같이 대나무부직포로 형성되는 상부커버(25)의 하단에 곧바로 샙시트로 형성되는 속커버(20)가 형성되어 분비물이 상부커버(25)의 표면에 거의 남아있지 않게 되고, 음이온원단(22) 및 금속가루에 의해서 세균의 증식이 최대한 억제되는 등의 효과가 발생한다.
본 발명의 바림직한 실시예로 형성된 초유 음이온 생리대에 의하면 대나무부직포로 형성되는 상부커버가 하나더 있어서 속커버까지 빠르게 분비물이 흡수되서 내려가기 때문에 분비물이 배출된 후에도 상부커버의 표면이 매우 깔끔하고, 상부커버가 천연 소재인 대나무섬유로 형성되는 부직포로 형성되기 때문에 피부자극이 적어서 안전하며, 원적외선 방사 및 음이온이 방사되고, 나노스케일의 금속가루로 인하여 세균이 번식하지 못하고 살균되어 매우 위생적인 등의 효과가 발생한다.
본 발명은 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 바람직한 실시 예를 중심으로 기술되었지만 당업자라면 이러한 기재로부터 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의해 포괄되는 본 발명의 범주를 벗어남이 없이 다양한 변형이 가능하다는 것은 명백하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 표면을 감싸는 상부커버(25)와; 분비물을 빠르게 흡수시키는 속커버(20)와; 상기 속커버(20)의 아래쪽에서 분비물을 직접흡수하는 흡수층(30)과; 상기 흡수층(30)을 보유한 분비물이 새지 않도록 막아주는 겉커버(10)로 구성되는 일반적인 생리대에 있어서,
    상기 상부커버(25)는 초유에 함침한 대나무부직포로 형성되고,
    상기 속커버(20)는 초유를 함침한 부직포로 형성되며, 상단에 일자형상의 음이온원단(22)이 형성되고,
    상기 흡수층(30)은 천열펄프로 형성되는 엠보싱압축시트로 형성되며, 나노스케일로 형성되는 금속가루가 포함되어 형성되고,
    상기 겉커버(10)는 방수이면서 공기는 통할 수 있도록 형성된 압축부직포로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초유 음이온 생리대
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부커버(25)는 피부와 직접 닿는 곳으로, 대나무에서 추출한 섬유를 부직포와 같이 압착하여 형성한 천연 대나무 부직포를 사용하되, 상기 천연 대나무부직포는 초유와 물의 중량비를 1:8로 하여 희석한 현탁액에 대나무부직포를 가압챔버에 1.5기압에서 10시간 동안 함침하여 건조하여 형성하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초유 음이온 생리대
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 속커버(20)는 압축부직포의 일종인 샙시트(SAP sheet)로, SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer)은 흡수성이 좋은 압축부직포가 사용되는데, 상기 속커버(20)는 초유와 물의 중량비를 1:8로 하여 희석한 현탁액에 샙시트를 가압챔버에 1.5기압에서 20시간 동안 함침하여 건조하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초유 음이온 생리대
  4. 상기 흡수층(30)은 천연펄프로 형성되는 압축시트로 엠보싱으로 압축하여 형성하는데, 스퍼터기를 사용하여 천연펄프의 상단에 금속가루를 나노스케일(nano scale)로 흡착시켜 형성하되, 상기 금속가루는 구리 또는 은으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초유 음이온 생리대
