Claims (12)
- 샘플 및 모델컴파운드를 각각 동결분쇄하여 용매로 추출하여 추출액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 추출액에 알코올계 화합물을 첨가하여 원심분리하고 상등액을 건조하여 추출물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 추출물에 케톤계 화합물, 알코올계 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 첨가하고 초음파 처리하여 시료를 준비하는 단계;
상기 시료를 크로마토그래피(chromatography)로 분석하여 농도 별 면적을 측정하는 단계;
모델컴파운드의 측정 결과로부터 검량선을 작성하는 단계; 및
상기 검량선으로터 샘플에 포함된 첨가제를 정량하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 모델컴파운드는 상기 샘플과 첨가제의 농도를 제외한 모든 구성이 동일한, 첨가제 정량 분석 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매가 클로로포름, 아세톤, 벤젠, 이황화탄소 및 4염화탄소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 첨가제 정량 분석 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알코올계 화합물이 메탄올, 에탄올 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인, 첨가제 정량 분석 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 케톤계 화합물이 아세톤을 포함하는 것인, 첨가제 정량 분석 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
