1차 금형(10)에서 핵을 둘러싼 핵 커버(2)를 성형하되,
상기 핵 커버(2)의 내부에 있는 핵(1)을 받쳐주는 받침 돌기(11)에 의해서 형성된 구멍(5)과 돌출편(12)에 의해서 핵 커버(2)의 둘레에 등간격으로 홈(3)이 형성되고, 상기 홈(3) 사이에 등간격으로 돌출편(4)이 형성된 제1성형물(100)을 성형하는 단계;
상기 제1성형물(100)을 2차 금형(20)에 넣고 핵 커버(2)에 형성된 4개의 홈(3)과 핵 커버(2)의 상·하 중심에 핵을 받쳐주는 받침 돌기(11)에 의해서 형성된 구멍(5)을 메꾸는 동시에 구멍(5)에는 돌출부(5-1)를 형성하고, 등간격으로 형성된 홈(3)의 반대쪽에는 돌출편(3-1)을 일체로 형성하며, 등간격으로 형성된 돌출편(4)과 같은 두께로 중간층(6)이 형성된 제2성형물(200)을 성형하는 단계;
상기 제2성형물(200)을 3차 금형(30)에 넣고 중간층(6)에 등간격으로 형성된 돌출편(3-1)과 같은 두께로 표면층(7)을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파크골프공의 제조방법.
