Description

제품 첨가용 담수경 인삼 재배 방법{CULTIVATION METHOD OF GINSENG FOR ADDING IN PRODUCT}Freshwater culture ginseng cultivation method for product addition{CULTIVATION METHOD OF GINSENG FOR ADDING IN PRODUCT}

The present invention relates to a ginseng cultivation method for cultivating ginseng for addition to ginseng-related products, and more particularly, ginseng including leaves, stems and flower stalks while allowing the residual pesticides contained in ginseng to be smoothly removed. It relates to a freshwater culture ginseng cultivation method for product addition that enables the entire agaric acid to be added to products.

In general, ginseng is a perennial plant of the Araliaceae family, and it is named because the shape of the root is similar to that of humans. In Korea and Japan, it refers to the root of which the cork layer has been removed, and ginseng is known to have a peculiar smell, sweet taste, bitter taste, and warm nature.

From ancient times, ginseng has been known to exert outstanding efficacy, such as bouncing vitality, being used for physical weakness, boredom, fatigue, loss of appetite, vomiting, and diarrhea, aiding lung function, producing essence, and enhancing anesthesia and renal function. In addition, the pharmacological action is excellent in cerebral cortical excitation and inhibition, equilibrium, anti-fatigue, anti-aging, immunity enhancement, kidney contraction, gonadotropin, hyperglycemia inhibition, protein synthesis promotion, homeostasis maintenance, anti-cancer, detoxification.

Due to these effects and actions, ginseng is currently being studied in various forms regardless of the boundaries of the field, such as beverages such as various drinks, foods such as Samgyetang, and herbal medicines, and has been widely added to products and used and applied.

However, ginseng has a long cultivation period of 4 to 6 years, and because it is a semi-shaded crop, it has poor disease resistance and rain resistance, so it is difficult to manage the cultivation. It is a physiological characteristic of poor disease resistance, so the use of pesticides is essential. Spraying is recommended.

A large amount of pesticide residues are detected in ginseng due to such frequent spraying of pesticides, and according to the survey result of the Gyeongbuk Branch of the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service, the nonconformity rate of pesticide residues of ginseng was 5 times that of general agricultural products.

Even if the above unsuitable ginseng is processed and prepared with red ginseng, the concentration of residual pesticides is rather high, so in order to supply safe ginseng to consumers, the amount of pesticide residues in ginseng is analyzed, and unsuitable ginseng exceeding the allowable residual standard is delayed in shipment, disposal, etc. It is blocking commercial distribution.

In other words, there is a problem in the field ginseng cultivation that only the roots are used due to the application of a large amount of pesticides, and leaves, stems, stalks, flowers, etc., which have 6-10 times more saporin than the roots, cannot be used.

Therefore, there is an urgent need for a cultivation method that can be used for product addition by removing pesticides remaining in ginseng in order to strengthen the regulations on pesticide residues and to provide safe food to consumers.

1 to 3 are views and photographs showing a ginseng cultivation method for product addition according to the present invention. As presented here, the ginseng cultivation method for product addition according to the present invention includes a field ginseng preparation step (S10) of harvesting and preparing ginseng from 2 to 4 years old, and a frozen storage step (S20) of freezing and storing the harvested ginseng. And, a multi-stage thawing step (S30) of raising and defrosting the stored ginseng in multiple steps, a step of reaching room temperature (S40) of reaching a room temperature of the thawed ginseng, and a room temperature washing step (S50) of washing the ginseng at room temperature, , And a freshwater culture step (S60) of cultivating freshwater culture while washing the washed ginseng in a freshwater culture tank.

The field ginseng preparation step (S10) refers to a step of harvesting and preparing ginseng of 2 to 4 years old in a state where no shoots cultivated in the field have appeared. Usually, it refers to the stage of preparing ginseng by harvesting it in the open field in late autumn or early spring, after the stems and leaves have fallen off while drying.

The frozen storage step (S20) refers to a step of putting the harvested ginseng in a freezing warehouse maintained at minus 2 to 5 degrees Celsius and storing it for 1 to 3 days. This step is responsible for freezing the ginseng to hibernate and dormant. If the ginseng does not go through hibernation and dormancy, the sprout may not come out well or the stem may not come out.

In the multi-stage defrosting step (S30), the surface temperature of ginseng is increased to 5 degrees Celsius by maintaining the temperature of the freezing warehouse as high as 5 degrees Celsius, and the ginseng is first defrosted, and then the temperature of the freezing warehouse is maintained as high as 10 degrees Celsius. It refers to the step of secondary thawing by raising the surface temperature to 10 degrees Celsius. In this step, the frozen ginseng is defrosted sequentially in multiple stages in two stages, so that it can be slowly defrosted without causing excessive strain on the ginseng.

In the step of reaching room temperature (S40), after the ginseng is defrosted, the ginseng is removed from the freezing warehouse and maintained at room temperature of 20 to 25 degrees Celsius for several hours so that the surface temperature of the ginseng reaches room temperature. This step is to bring the defrosted ginseng to room temperature in the natural state so that the ginseng can grow in a state where there is no excessive force on the ginseng.

The room temperature washing step (S50) refers to a step of washing ginseng whose surface temperature has reached room temperature with washing water of 20°C to 25°C. This step is to clean the outer surface of ginseng to primarily remove soil, foreign matter, and residual pesticides, and to ensure that the ginseng can be planted in the freshwater culture tank.

상기 담수경 재배 단계(S60)는 세척된 인삼을 담수경재배조에 뿌리가 완전히 잠기도록 식재하고 상기 담수경재배조에 투입된 물과 양액의 혼합수를 상기 담수경재배조의 내부에서 외부로 순환시키면서 상기 혼합수를 교체하여 인삼의 잎과 줄기 및 꽃대가 나도록 20일 내지 60일 동안 엘이디광과 양액으로 인삼을 세척하면서 담수경 재배하는 단계를 말한다(도 2 내지 도 3 참조).In the freshwater culture step (S60), the washed ginseng is planted so that the roots are completely immersed in the freshwater culture tank, and the mixed water of the water and nutrient solution injected into the freshwater culture tank is circulated from the inside of the freshwater culture tank to the outside while mixing It refers to the step of cultivating freshwater culture while washing ginseng with LED light and nutrient solution for 20 to 60 days so that leaves, stems and flower stalks of ginseng are formed by replacing the water (see FIGS. 2 to 3).

In this step, the mixed water is continuously circulated and periodically replaced and exchanged, thereby completely removing residual pesticides from the roots of ginseng. In particular, as ginseng grows in the freshwater culture tank, the roots of ginseng itself become large, so that residual pesticides on the outer surface thereof are easily separated, and the separated pesticides are washed by the mixed water and removed.

In the freshwater culture cultivation step (S60) of the ginseng cultivation method, during the freshwater cultivation of ginseng, turning on and turning off the light by turning off the LED alternately four times a day every 6 hours. It further includes the process of performing. This process allows ginseng to grow faster by performing the day and night environment on the ginseng twice a day.

In addition, immediately after planting ginseng in the freshwater culture tank in the freshwater culture step (S60) of the ginseng cultivation method, after lowering the illumination intensity of the LED light to half lower than the average illumination intensity for the growth of ginseng for 3 to 5 days, It further includes a process of slowly increasing to reach the average illuminance. This process is to prevent ginseng growth from deteriorating or exerting an excessive force on growth due to excessive and sudden light immediately after planting of ginseng, before sprouts emerge, and to allow ginseng to slowly adapt to the appropriate illuminance for growth.

As described above, pesticides remaining in the roots of ginseng are almost completely removed through freshwater cultivation, and stems, leaves, stalks, flowers and fruits without pesticides can be smoothly secured by the growth of ginseng.

Therefore, when freshwater cultivation is completed, ginseng grows larger and the roots from which residual pesticides are almost completely removed, stems, leaves, flower stalks, and flowers or fruits without residual pesticides are secured, and all parts of ginseng are added to the product. You can do it and you can use it.

For example, it is possible to easily produce ginseng liquor products in which ginseng, which has leaves, stems and even fruits on its roots, placed in a wine bottle.
