Abstract
이에, 본 발명에 따르면, 보일러, 소각로를 포함하는 연소설비에서 발생하는 배기가스가 배출되는 스텍의 일부에 일체화 내지 통합화되며, 기존 스텍의 통풍력을 이용하여 배기가스를 배출할 수 있으므로 배기가스 유동에 따른 동력을 감소시킬 수 있는 탈질 설비 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 보일러, 소각로를 포함하는 연소설비에서 배출하는 배기가스를 안내하는 배기가스 공급부와 연통된 유입구와, 상기 유입구에서 수직으로 연통되어 상측에서 대기 중으로 배출 가스가 배출되는 배출구를 갖는 스텍과;
상기 스텍의 유입구와 배출구 사이의 수직 방향을 따라 촉매모듈을 포함하는 SCR과, 상기 촉매모듈과 반응 가능한 약품 공급부가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 설비 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 약품 공급부에서 공급되는 약품은 상기 촉매와 반응 가능하게 마련된 암모니아수(aqueous ammonia) 또는 요소수를 포함하고,
상기 약품 공급부에서 상기 스텍 내부로 분무되는 암모니아수는 압축공기와 혼합되어 약품 분사노즐에서 분무된 액적이 상기 촉매모듈로 균등하게 확산 가능하게 상기 약품 분사노즐 상류측 상기 스텍에 경사지게 다수로 결합된 믹서가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 설비 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스텍과 상기 SCR은 바닥에 고정된 프레임에 결합되어 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질 설비 시스템.
