Abstract

본 고안의 생리대는 (ⅰ) 일자형 본체(11)와 상기 일자형 본체(11)의 양측변 중앙 각각에 형성된 날개부(12)들로 이루어진 필름소재의 하부 커버층(10); (ⅱ) 상기 하부 커버층(10)의 길이방향을 따라 하부 커버층(10)의 중앙부에 접착된 흡수패드층(20); 및 (ⅲ) 상기 흡수패드층(20)의 표면전부, 양측변부 전부 및 이면 중 가장자리 부분을 덮어 감싸면서 상기 흡수패드층(20)의 양측변 밖으로 2겹으로 겹쳐진 상태로 연장된 확장부(31)들을 갖는 상부 커버층(30):들로 구성되며, 상기 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)들은 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 흡수패드층(20)은 부직포 소재 또는 면상 펄프 소재 등으로 구성되고, 상기 상부 커버층(30)은 부직포 소재 또는 메쉬필름 소재 등으로 구성된다.
본 고안은 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)들이 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있기 때문에 생리대 착용자의 움직임으로 팬티에 부착된 하부 커버층(10)이 인체로부터 멀어져도 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)는 인체와 밀착되어 생리혈 누수를 효과적으로 방지해 준다.

Description

생리대{Hygienic band}
본 고안은 생리대에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 생리대 착용자의 움직임으로 팬티에 부착된 하부 커버층(10)이 인체로부터 멀리 떨어져도 상기 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있는 상부 커버층의 겹쳐진 확장부(31)가 인체와 밀착된 상태를 유지하여 생리혈 누수를 효과적으로 차단해줄 수 있는 생리대에 관한 것이다.
생리혈등과 같은 여성의 질 분비물을 흡수하여 수용할 수 있는 종래의 생리대로는 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 (ⅰ) 필름소재의 하부 커버층(10), (ⅱ) 상기 하부 커버층(10)의 길이방향을 따라 하부 커버층(10)의 중앙부에 접착된 흡수패드층(20) 및 (ⅲ) 상기 흡수패드층(20)과 하부 커버층(10)을 덮고 있는 상부 커버층(30)으로 구성된 생리대가 주로 사용되어 왔다.
상기 흡수패드층(20)은 부직포 소재 또는 면상 펄프 소재 등으로 구성되고, 상기 상부 커버층(30)은 부직포 소재 또는 메쉬필름 소재 등으로 구성된다.
상기 종래의 생리대는 공개실용신안 2019-684호 및 등록 실용신안 제20-305833호등에 게재되어 있다.
그러나, 상기 종래의 생리대는 흡수패드층(20)의 하부 전체 면적은 하부 커버층(10)에 일체로 접착되어 있고 상부 커버층(30)의 하부 전체면적은 흡수패드층(20)과 하부 커버층(10)에 일체로 접착되어 있기 때문에 흡수패드층(20)과 상부 커버층(30)들은 하부 커버층(10)과 서로 분리되지 않고 일체로 함께 움직일 수 밖에 없었고, 그로 인해 생리대 착용자의 움직임으로 팬티에 접착된 생리대의 하부 커버층(10)이 인체로부터 멀이지면 흡수패드층(20)과 상부 커버층(30)도 자연스럽게 인체로부터 멀어지면서 인체와 밀착되지 않아서 생리혈 누수가 발생되는 문제가 발생되었다.
본 고안의 과제는 생리대 착용자의 움직임으로 팬티에 부착된 하부 커버층(10)이 인체로부터 멀리 떨어져도 상기 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있는 상부 커버층의 겹쳐진 확장부(31)가 인체와 밀착된 상태를 유지하여 생리혈 누수를 효과적으로 차단해줄 수 있는 생리대를 제공하는 것이다.
이와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 고안에서는 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 필름 소재의 하부 커버층(10), 흡수패드층(20) 및 상부 커버층(30)들을 차례로 적층시켜 생리대를 제조할 때, 상기 상부 커버층(30)으로 흡수패드층(20)의 표면 전부, 양측변부 전부 및 이면중 가장자리 부분을 덮어 감싸주면서 흡수패드층(20)의 양측변부 밖으로 상부 커버층(30)을 2겹으로 겹쳐진 상태로 연장시켜 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)를 형성한 다음, 상기 확장부(31)들은 하부 커버층(10)과 접착하지 않고 하부 커버층(10)과 분리된 상태로 유지시켜 준다.
본 고안은 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)들이 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있기 때문에 생리대 착용자의 움직임으로 팬티에 부착된 하부 커버층(10)이 인체로부터 멀어져도 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)는 인체와 밀착되어 생리혈 누수를 효과적으로 방지해 준다.

이하 첨부한 도면 등을 통하여 본 고안을 상세하게 설명한다.
본 고안에 따른 생리대는 (ⅰ) 일자형 본체(11)와 상기 일자형 본체(11)의 양측변 중앙 각각에 형성된 날개부(12)들로 이루어진 필름소재의 하부 커버층(10); (ⅱ) 상기 하부 커버층(10)의 길이방향을 따라 하부 커버층(10)의 중앙부에 접착된 흡수패드층(20); 및 (ⅲ) 상기 흡수패드층(20)의 표면전부, 양측변부 전부 및 이면 중 가장자리 부분을 덮어 감싸면서 상기 흡수패드층(20)의 양측변 밖으로 2겹으로 겹쳐진 상태로 연장된 확장부(31)들을 갖는 상부 커버층(30):들로 구성되며, 상기 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)들은 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
구체적으로, 본 고안을 이루는 하부 커버층(10)은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 일자형 본체(11)와 상기 일자형 본체(11)의 양측변 중앙 각각에 형성된 날개부(12)들로 이루어진 필름소재 이다.
본 고안을 이루는 흡수패드층(20)은 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 하부 커버층(10)의 길이방향을 따라 하부 커버층(10)의 중앙부에 접착되어 있는 부직포 소재 또는 면상 펄프 소재 등이다.
상기 흡수패드층(20)의 하부 말단부는 2개의 반구형 돌출부분(21,22)으로 나누어져 있는 것이 흡수패드층(20)이 인체 가랑이 부분에 잘 밀착되어 생리혈 누수를 효과적으로 방지하는데 바람직하다.
본 고안을 이루는 상부 커버층(30)은 도 3 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 흡수패드층(20)의 표면 전부, 양측변부 전부 및 이면중 가장자리 부분을 덮어 감싸면서 상기 흡수패드층(20)의 양측변부 밖으로 2겹으로 겹쳐진 상태로 연장된 확장부(31)들을 형성하고 있는 부직포 소재 또는 메쉬 필름 소재 등이다.
본 고안에서는 상기 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)들은 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안의 구현일례로서, 생리대 착용자의 움직임에도 생리혈 누수를 보다 효과적으로 방지하기 위해서 상기 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)는 양측 말단부분에서 중앙부분으로 갈수록 하부 커버층(10)과 분리된 간격이 점진적으로 더 넓어지게 하는 것이 바람직하다.
하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있는 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)는 생리대 착용자 움직임으로 팬티에 부착된 하부 커버층(10)이 인체로부터 멀어져도 인체와 밀착된 상태를 유지하면서 생리혈이 외부로 유출되는 것을 막아주는 차단막 역할을 한다.
본 고안은 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)들이 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있기 때문에 생리대 착용자의 움직임으로 팬티에 부착된 하부 커버층(10)이 인체로부터 멀어져도 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)는 인체와 밀착되어 생리혈 누수를 효과적으로 방지해 준다.

Claims (3)

  1. (ⅰ) 일자형 본체(11)와 상기 일자형 본체(11)의 양측변 중앙 각각에 형성된 날개부(12)들로 이루어진 필름소재의 하부 커버층(10);
    (ⅱ) 상기 하부 커버층(10)의 길이방향을 따라 하부 커버층(10)의 중앙부에 접착된 흡수패드층(20); 및
    (ⅲ) 상기 흡수패드층(20)의 표면전부, 양측변부 전부 및 이면 중 가장자리 부분을 덮어 감싸면서 상기 흡수패드층(20)의 양측변 밖으로 2겹으로 겹쳐진 상태로 연장된 확장부(31)들을 갖는 상부 커버층(30):들로 구성되며,
    상기 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)들은 하부 커버층(10)과 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생리대.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수패드층(20)의 하단 말단부는 2개의 반구형 돌출부분(21,22)으로 나누어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생리대.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 커버층의 확장부(31)는 양측 말단부분에서 중앙부분으로 갈수록 하부 커버층(10)과 분리된 간격이 점진적으로 더 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생리대.
