Abstract

본 고안은 안전모용 탈취제에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히는 아주 가벼운 탈취제를 누구나 안전모에 손쉽게 장착이 가능하고 착용 시 머리와 직접 접촉이 착용감의 변화가 없으며, 두부(頭部)에서 나는 냄새와 땀을 흡수하여 쾌적한 착용감을 제공하는 안전모용 탈취제를 제공코자 하는 것이다.
즉, 본 고안은 안전모 내부에 착장체(4)가 설치된 통상의 안전모(2)에 있어서, 상기 착장체(4)와 안전모 모체 사이에 장착하는 탈취제이다. 착장체 사이로 쉽게 장착이 가능하고 안전모 착용 시 머리와 직접 접촉이 없어 머리 착용감의 변화가 없으며 특수 가공된 탈취제에 의해 두부에서 발생하는 여러 냄새와 땀을 제거할 수 있는 안전모용 탈취제에 관한 것이다.
탈취제는 신체에서 발생하는 암모니아, 초산, 아세트알데하이드, 노인 냄새로 알려진 노네날 및 디아세틸 등의 가스를 탈취할 수 있는 활성탄부직포와 수분 흡수력이 우수한 실리카겔부직포 한 가지 이상을 재단 후, 통기성이 있는 직물이나 부직포 안에 배치시킨 형태로, 안전모에 장착이 쉽고 머리에 직접 닿지 않으며 냄새나는 강도에 따라 탈취제의 양을 쉽게 조절할 수 있는 장점이 있다.This design relates to a deodorant for hard hats, and in more detail, anyone can easily attach a very light deodorant to the hard hat.
