Abstract

Disclosed is a skin care composition, comprising: an acrylate polymer; a yield value increasing agent; and a surfactant. The composition has a yield value of at least about 4. Also included within a scope of the present invention are related methods, such as methods of depositing a hydrophobic material on an epidermal surface and methods of incorporating a hydrophobic material into a skin care composition.
