According to the present invention, the method of cooking a steamed pig trotter dish using bean sprouts is as follows. The method comprises the steps of: putting a little bit of oil on a heated pan; putting bean sprouts onto the pan; stir-frying the bean sprouts, wherein when there is fire on the pan, the bean sprouts may primarily have smoked flavor; adding, when fire disappears from the pan, dry-type seasoning to the pan; stirring the dry-type seasoning in a way that the seasoning does not burn so that the seasoning may secondarily have smoked flavor by the heat of the pan; checking the remaining amount of water on the pan; adding water when there is not enough water and evaporating the water by continuously stir-frying the bean sprouts when there is too much water so as to keep water that is enough to cook a steamed dish; adding pig trotters that are boiled and chopped in advance to the pan; stir-frying the pig trotters with the seasoning until the seasoning evenly permeates the pig trotters; and putting the seasoned pig trotters in a bowl so as to complete the cooking of a steamed pig trotter dish using bean sprouts.
