Description

방음패널 및 그 제조방법{SOUNDPROOF PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME}Soundproof panel and its manufacturing method {SOUNDPROOF PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME}

The present invention relates to a soundproof panel and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a soundproof panel improved to enable effective sound insulation while having a simple structure and reduced cost, and a manufacturing method thereof.

For example, construction-related noise is severely generated at a construction site, and this noise causes serious noise pollution in houses, offices, or schools located around the site.

In particular, when the construction site is located on the side of the road, the construction noise is combined with the vehicle noise, which places great stress on people.

In this way, for the safety of pedestrians and to block noise generated at the construction site, a temporary sound insulation wall (or sound insulation board) is installed during construction, and after the construction is completed, the temporary sound insulation wall is removed.

These temporary soundproof walls are temporarily installed and used at the construction site, and must be easy to install and remove, and require robustness according to the installation.

A temporary soundproofing wall as described above is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2010-0127445 (published on December 06, 2010).

By the way, in the temporary sound insulation wall of the above disclosed patent, the structure of the sound absorbing sheet and the sound absorbing plate is not a structure capable of effectively absorbing noise.

That is, in the case of the sound-absorbing sheet, it is all made of a simple resin, and even in the case of the sound-absorbing plate, a plurality of block and five-sided curves are formed in succession, so that noise is absorbed or canceled at the block and five-sided curves. Due to the structure of the curved surface, it is difficult to absorb or cancel the noise, or the effect is insignificant.

In addition, the temporary soundproofing wall of the public patent is a structure in which the sound-absorbing sheet and the sound-absorbing plate are fastened through a fitting rib and a fastening member, so the construction and structure are complicated, and accordingly, it is not easy to install and remove the temporary sound-proof wall, and the cost is increased.

A temporary soundproof wall that solves the above problems is disclosed in Utility Model Registration No. 20-0483000 (registered on March 20, 2017).

The temporary soundproof wall of the above registered utility model has improved the structure of the rear surface of the soundproof panel so that noise is effectively absorbed, and the sound absorption is properly eliminated to prevent or minimize the leakage of noise to the outside of the soundproof panel.

In addition, for the temporary soundproof wall of the registered utility model, the construction of the soundproof panel is very simple, and the sound absorption member is inserted and installed in the soundproof panel, so that the overall construction and structure of the soundproof wall is simplified. It is easy to assemble and disassemble by being fitted on one side of the product, and material cost is reduced.

Therefore, the temporary sound insulation wall of the registered utility model has excellent noise blocking effect, easy installation and removal of the temporary sound insulation wall, and cost reduction.

However, in the temporary sound insulation wall of the registered utility model, a sound absorption means is not formed in the sound insulation panel itself, and a sound absorption member made of a rod-shaped sponge is inserted into the sound insulation panel to achieve a sound absorption effect.

Accordingly, the soundproof panel of the temporary soundproof wall of the registered utility model forms a round-shaped open-shaped part to insert the sound-absorbing member, and the structure of the sound-proof panel is complicated due to the formation of this open-shaped part. The cost of the extrusion mold for the soundproof panel is expensive, and the extrusion molding of the soundproof panel is not easily performed.

In addition, since the sound-absorbing member made of a separate sponge must be inserted into the open-circular part, a separate sound-absorbing member inserting process must be performed, so it takes a lot of workforce, and it is not easy to insert due to the nature of the sponge, and the sound-absorbing member is easily inserted in the open-circular part. Deviated.

And, as described above, the temporary sound-absorbing wall of the registered utility model does not have a sound-absorbing means in the sound-insulating panel itself, and thus it is difficult to achieve a sound-absorbing effect if the sound-absorbing member is not properly installed in the open-circular portion.

As described above, the temporary soundproofing wall of the registered utility model, which is a conventional technology, increases the cost of the temporary soundproofing wall due to the installation of a separate sound absorption member due to the structure of the soundproof panel, it is difficult to achieve the desired sound absorption and sound insulation effect, and it is not easy to dismantle. Product management (or material management) of the sound-absorbing member made is difficult.

The present invention was created to solve the above problems, and a sound-absorbing means is adopted in the sound-proof panel itself, so that a separate sound-absorbing member is not required, and the sound-proof panel and its manufacturing are made to reduce cost due to the simple sound-proof panel structure. Its purpose is to provide a method.

(a) 외부판과 내부판이 일체가 되게 길이 방향으로 일정 간격마다 상기 외부판과 상기 내부판을 격벽으로 연결하고, 상기 격벽에 의해 상기 내부판과 상기 외부판 사이에 연속하여 빈 공간을 형성한 방음패널을 압출기의 압출금형에서 압출성형하는 단계와;(a) The outer plate and the inner plate are connected by a partition wall at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction so that the outer plate and the inner plate are integrated, and an empty space is continuously formed between the inner plate and the outer plate by the partition wall. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sound-absorbing means is provided in the sound-proof panel itself, so that a separate sound-absorbing member is not required as in the prior art.

Therefore, it is possible to alleviate all problems such as the complexity of the structure of the soundproof panel, which is the problem of the provision of the sound absorbing member, an increase in the mold cost of the soundproof panel, the number of workers and work processes required, a decrease in the sound absorption effect, and material management.

In addition, since the sound-absorbing means formed on the sound-proof panel itself can be formed by a simple process during the extrusion molding process of the sound-proof panel, manufacturing cost can be reduced.

In addition, lateral protrusions 106 and 107 are formed in the direction of the inner plate 103 at both ends of the sound insulation panel 100 according to the present invention, and a plurality of sound insulation panels 100 are formed on the side surfaces of the lateral protrusions 106 and 107. An assembly protrusion 107a and an assembly groove 106a are formed to be continuous and coupled.

In addition, a central protrusion 105 is formed in the same shape as the side protrusions 106 and 107 in the center of the inner plate 103.

In this way, the plurality of soundproof panels 100 connected through the assembly protrusion 107a and the assembly groove 106a fix the pipe to the central protrusion 105 and the lateral protrusions 106 and 107 using clamps, thereby external spaces such as construction sites. And block the noise generated from the construction site from going outside the construction site.

In addition, the sound-absorbing means (110, 120) includes cutouts (112a, 112b, 122a, 122b) formed by cutting a part of the inner plate (103) to protrude into the sound-absorbing space (104), and the cutouts (112a, 112b, 122a, 122b) consists of sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b formed to communicate with the sound-absorbing space 104.

And the cutouts (112a, 112b, 122a, 122b) and the sound absorption openings (113a, 113b, 123a, 123b) are formed over the entire surface of the inner plate 103, the cutouts (112a, 112b, 122a, 122b) ) Is formed to be inclined toward the sound-absorbing space 104 at a predetermined angle (eg, 45 degrees).

In addition, the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b are formed in a round (or circular) shape.

In addition, each of the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, and 122b adjacent to each other is formed to face each other at a predetermined distance.

In addition, the sound-absorbing openings (113a, 113b, 123a, 123b) have horizontal sound-absorbing openings (123a, 123b) continuously formed in the center of the sound-absorbing space (104) at regular intervals, and the partition walls (102) are continuously at regular intervals. It consists of the formed vertical sound absorption openings (113a, 113b).

The soundproof panel 100 is easy to plastically deform, has excellent extrusion moldability, no deformation after extrusion molding, has relatively excellent strength, hardness, and abrasion resistance, and is lightweight polyvinyl chloride (hereinafter referred to as PVC). Consists of

As described above, the sound-absorbing means (110, 120) is formed by the formation of the cutouts (112a, 112b, 122a, 122b), the sound-absorbing openings (113a, 113b, 123a, 123b) are formed, at a predetermined angle (for example, 45 degrees). It is formed to be inclined, and the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b and the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, 122b are formed with spaced portions 111 and 121 having a predetermined distance.

In addition, the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, and 123b are divided into horizontal sound-absorbing openings 123a and 123b and vertical sound-absorbing openings 113a and 113b in the horizontal and vertical directions, respectively.

That is, the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b are formed with the spaced portions 111, 121, so that the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b are about twice as much as those formed as complete openings or holes. It is possible to form a number of sound absorption openings (113a, 113b, 123a, 123b), and by forming cutouts (112a, 112b, 122a, 122b) in all directions (or all directions), noise in all directions (or all directions) Can be absorbed.

Therefore, noise can be absorbed more effectively.

In addition, by forming the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, and 122b, but by forming the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, and 122b to be inclined at a predetermined angle (for example, 45 degrees), as shown in FIG. 2, the cutouts 112a, 112b, inclined noise, 122a, 122b) can be absorbed while colliding with each other, so that it can be spread widely in the sound-absorbing space 104 and stay for a long time.

Accordingly, noise absorbed into the sound-absorbing space 104 can be easily extinguished within the sound-absorbing space 104.

And by forming the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b in which the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, 122b are formed differently in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction, the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, 122b It is formed in all directions.

That is, the cutouts 122a and 122b of the horizontal sound absorption openings 123a and 123b and the cutouts 112a and 112b of the vertical sound absorption openings 113a and 113b are formed to be orthogonal.

Accordingly, noise can be absorbed in all directions (or all directions), so that effective or optimal sound absorption is possible, so that the noise blocking effect of the soundproof panel 100 is maximized.

In addition, as described above, the sound insulation panel 100 according to the present invention can form a temporary sound insulation wall with only one sound insulation panel 100, unlike the existing sound insulation panel, so that the construction of the temporary sound insulation wall is simple, and installation and disassembly are easy. And, the cost can be drastically reduced.

In particular, since the sound insulation panel 100 according to the present invention is extruded from PVC, the cost reduction effect is very large, and because it is lightweight, it is very easy to handle, which is advantageous for installation and dismantling of the temporary sound insulation wall.

A method of manufacturing a soundproof panel according to the present invention having the configuration as described above will be described as follows.

3 shows a schematic process line to which the method for manufacturing a soundproof panel according to the present invention is applied.

And Figure 4 is a detailed view of the main parts of the soundproof panel molded by the extrusion mold of Figure 3 is shown.

In addition, FIG. 5 is a detailed view showing the processing state of the molding mold of FIG. 3.

And Figure 6 is a detailed cross-sectional view of the punch of the molding mold of Figure 5 is shown.

In addition, Fig. 7 is a detailed view of the main parts of the sound-absorbing panel formed by the molding mold of Fig. 5.

도 1 내지 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 방음패널 제조방법은, 우선, 도 3과 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 외부판(101)과 내부판(103)이 일체가 되게 길이 방향으로 일정 간격마다 외부판(101)과 내부판(103)을 격벽(102)으로 연결하고, 상기 격벽(102)에 의해 내부판(103)과 외부판(101) 사이에 연속하여 빈 공간(104a)을 형성한 방음패널(100b)을 압출기의 압출금형(5)에서 압출성형한다.(단계 10)1 to 7, the method of manufacturing a soundproof panel according to the present invention, first, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in the longitudinal direction so that the outer plate 101 and the inner plate 103 are integrated. The outer plate 101 and the inner plate 103 are connected by a partition wall 102 at regular intervals, and an empty space 104a continuously between the inner plate 103 and the outer plate 101 by the partition wall 102 The soundproof panel (100b) formed by the extruder is extruded in the extrusion mold (5) of the extruder. (Step 10)

On the other hand, in FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 is an extrusion molding machine, 2 is the main body of the extrusion molding machine 1, 3 is a hopper that supplies a material (plastic resin) to the extrusion molding machine 1, and 4 is an extrusion molding machine. It shows the cylinder of (1).

이어서, 도 3 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 압출성형된 방음패널(100b)을 성형금형(200) 하부로 통과시켜 방음패널(100b)의 빈 공간(104a)과 연통되게 하여 빈 공간(104a)이 공사장 등으로부터 발생되는 소음을 흡수하는 도 7의 흡음공간(104)이 되도록 내부판(103)의 전체면에 흡음수단(110,120)을 형성한다.(단계 20)Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the extruded soundproof panel 100b is passed under the molding mold 200 to communicate with the empty space 104a of the soundproof panel 100b, and thus the empty space 104a ) To form the sound-absorbing means (110, 120) on the entire surface of the inner plate (103) so that the sound-absorbing space (104) of Figure 7 absorbs the noise generated from the construction site. (Step 20)

More specifically, the lateral protrusions 106 and 107 and the central protrusion 105 are inserted into the lower part of the molding mold 200 so that the injection-molded soundproof panel 100b is transferred to the lower part of the molding mold 200 and processed. Guide grooves 220, 230, and 240 are formed so that the panel 100b stably passes.

With the formation of the guide grooves 220, 230, and 240, the soundproof panel 100b can be transferred without any change in position, which is advantageous for the progress of the post-process, and the sound absorbing means 110 and 120 can be molded in the correct position.

In addition, a support part 200a for supporting the molding mold 200 is provided under the edge of the molding mold 200 when the punch 210 of the molding mold 200 moves up and down.

Sound absorbing means by the action of the punch 210 on the inner plate 103 of the soundproof panel 100b transferred to the molding mold 200 provided with a plurality of punches 210 at regular intervals ( 110,120) are processed.

That is, the heater 213 is vertically provided inside the main body 211 of the punch 210, so that the inner plate 103 is heated to a predetermined temperature when processing the sound absorption openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b. And process it.

In addition, the center of the lower surface of the punch 210 is formed in a concave round (R) shape.

As the punch 210 made of this configuration is lowered, the heater 213 heats the inner plate 103 made of PVC to about 180° C. and at the same time performs a punching (or pressurization) action to cut a part of the inner plate 103 The cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, and 122b are formed so as to protrude into the sound-absorbing space 104.

In addition, since the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, and 122b are formed but protrude into the sound-absorbing space 104, sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, and 123b are formed to communicate with the sound-absorbing space 104.

The reason why the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, and 123b are partially formed is to form the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, and 122b.

And it is difficult to mold the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b of the shape as shown in the drawing or desired only by the punching (or pressing) action of the punch 210 due to the characteristics of the heater 213 Because.

Therefore, when forming the sound-absorbing openings 113a, 113b, 123a, 123b, the punch 210 performs punching (or cutting), heating, and punching for the inner plate 103 at the same time.

In addition, the reason why the round R in which the center of the lower surface of the punch 210 is concave is formed is to prevent the sound absorption openings 113a, 113b, 123a, and 123b from forming complete holes (or holes).

Accordingly, a protrusion 211a is formed at the edge of the punch 210 by forming the concave round R of the punch 210.

In this case, the protrusion 211a may be formed with a different height.

Therefore, the cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, 122b are formed by the punching action of the protrusion 211a, and the cutouts 112a, 112b, by pressing the formed cutouts 112a, 112b, 122a, 122b downward, 122a and 122b are formed to be inclined toward the sound-absorbing space 104 at a predetermined angle (eg, 45 degrees).
