재화정보를 공급하는 판매자가 소유하는 판매자 단말기;
수요자정보 및 재화를 판매자로부터 수요하기위해 결제정보를 제공하는 수요자가 소유하는 수요자 단말기 및
상기 판매자 단말기 및 수요자 단말기와 연동되는 관리서버를 포함하고,
상기 관리서버는,
상기 수요자 단말기와 판매자 단말기로 수요자와 판매자가 소통할 수 있도록 채팅창을 개설하는 채팅모듈;
판매자가 기존에 예치한 금액을 수요자가 수요한 재화에 따라 주문포인트로 정산하여 수요자 단말기에 전송하는 정산모듈;
수요자 단말기가 주문포인트 결제요청 정보를 전송하면, 결제 승인 또는 거부 정보를 판매자 단말기로부터 수신하여 주문포인트 결제를 진행하는 포인트 결제모듈 및
상기 판매자 단말기로부터 현금 교환정보를 수신하면 상기 판매자가 소유한 회수 포인트를 현금화하여 계좌로 이체하는 현금화모듈을 포함하는 주문 및 보상 시스템.
