Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a color adhesive composition.
The adhesive is a polymer material having a special property of bonding an object to an object, and needs to have properties such that it must adhere well to the object to be adhered, and the adhesive itself must have proper strength after adhesion. The adhesive may exist in a natural state or may be manufactured artificially. There are various types of adhesives, including glues commonly used at home, adhesives for bonding metals, and adhesives for bonding cut parts after surgery without sealing them.
In order to bond paper or wood, rice grains have been crushed and used to make grass. Since this is a compound of wood, paper, and rice that is a homogeneous compound called cellulose starch, it is possible to bond. Today, various polymer materials are processed as adhesives, and are manufactured for use. The most representative of them is rubber glue. This means that the natural rubber is finely ground with a roller, the molecular chain of the rubber is appropriately cut, and then oxidized and dissolved in a solvent such as benzene or toluene. The rubber glue is used as an adhesive to attach natural rubber. In addition, as rubber-based industrial adhesives, synthetic rubbers such as neoprene are used, and resins or fillers are added thereto and uniformly dissolved in a solvent.
In addition, an adhesive mainly composed of vinyl acetate or urea resin is used for adhesion of wood or cloth. When an already polymerized material such as starch or rubber glue is dissolved in a solvent and used as an adhesive, the adhesive strength is strong, but after drying with an adhesive, the strength is weaker than the adherend and the adhesive itself is cracked, which is not preferable. Therefore, it is ideal that the adhesive and the object to be adhered are chemically bonded or have affinity and become mutually fused to become integral, while the adhesive itself also reacts to polymerize and increase strength, and the like.
Epoxy resin adhesives used for bonding stones, ceramics, etc. are one of those having the above properties. When the amine compound, which is a crosslinking agent, is mixed with the epoxy resin used as a main agent before adhesion, and this is applied and adhered, the resin reacts to have strong adhesion.
In addition, the cyanoacrylic acid-based adhesive used as a very strong instant adhesive is a reactive polymer having -CN and -COOR functional groups in the molecule. The adhesive is polymerized by reacting the polymer itself simply by adding a small amount of water, and is instantaneously bonded. The instant adhesive is also used for adhesion between metals and for medical use.
However, conventional adhesives have problems such as odor and harmful substances generated by chemical substances. For example, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2016-0040343 proposes a method of manufacturing an adhesive composition for wood, but there is a problem in that formaldehyde, an environmentally harmful substance, is generated by adding an isocyanate compound to a fine aqueous solution. Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2016-0014229 relates to an adhesive using a vinyl acetate-based and polyvinyl alcohol, it can be used for wood, but there is a problem that a characteristic odor occurs. In addition, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1759318 uses polyvinyl alcohol, but has a problem in that the reaction process is complicated and unique odors such as acetate are generated by adding vinyl acetate and acrylate.
Therefore, there is a need for research on adhesives capable of bonding to various materials and having non-toxicity.
An object of the present invention is to provide a color adhesive composition having excellent adhesion, eco-friendly, non-toxic and antibacterial properties, and excellent light fastness.
