Description

굴패각을 이용한 도료 조성물{A paint composition using oyster shell}Paint composition using oyster shell {A paint composition using oyster shell}

The present invention is water; Oyster shell particles; bookbinder; It relates to a coating composition comprising a pigment and additives, and more specifically, it is possible to solve the environmental problems by recycling the oyster shells that are discarded and can improve the coating properties, coating properties, concealability, handwriting uniformity, heat resistance, etc. It is about.

When the coating film prepared from the coating is exposed to ultraviolet rays or heat for a long time, the polymer chains constituting the coating film are crushed, and the properties of the coating film are deteriorated.

On the other hand, as regulations on the environment have been strengthened, regulations on the release of volatile organic compounds have become strict in the fields of paints, coatings, and adhesives.

Therefore, even if it is exposed to ultraviolet rays or heat for a long time, the properties of the coating film are maintained and the demand for a water-soluble coating material with a low content of volatile organic compounds is rapidly increasing.

However, the water-soluble paint has a disadvantage in that the drying speed is slower than that of the solvent-type paint, so it takes a long time to construct, and the water resistance and abrasion resistance are lowered, which is a fatal disadvantage in terms of reliability.

Meanwhile, a large amount of oyster shells (oyster shells) is generated each year around the southern coast, and some of them are recycled for fertilizer and oyster farming, but most of them are discarded.

The oyster shell is mainly composed of calcium carbonate, and has excellent heat insulation performance and mechanical properties, so it can be used as a paint, building material, industrial material, etc.

In this regard, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2000-0050019 discloses a paint containing shellfish shells and pigments.

However, the above technique cannot be stably used for a long period of time as a coating material due to lack of coating properties, hiding properties, and heat resistance.
