본 발명은 저작물의 원본 증명 및 저작물의 유통 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 블록 체인 기반으로 저작물의 원본 증명 및 저작물의 유통을 수행하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an original proof of a copyrighted work and a method and apparatus for distributing the copyrighted work. 많은 문학 콘텐츠들이 다양한 형태(텍스트, 이미지, 음악)로 제공되고 있으며 이러한 콘텐츠들은 창작자의 창작의 영감과 의도가 다양한 방법과 형태로 창작물에 표현되고 있다. 예를 들면 모티프(motif), 알레고리(allegory), 메타포(metaphor)등 이러한 창작물들은 창작자의 많은 시간과 고통속에 창작되었음에도 불구하고 표절 및 무단도용 등을 통해 저작권이 침해되고 있으며 저작권 등록 후에도 유사 작품과 저작권 침해 분쟁에서 창작 시점과 본인의 창작물이라는 증명과 원본 여부를 가려야 하는 어려움이 있다. 또한 창작이 과정이 길게는 몇년씩 걸리는 창작물의 경우 그 과정을 보호받을 수 없는 문제가 있다.Many literary contents are provided in various forms (text, image, music), and these contents express the inspiration and intention of the creator's creation in various ways and forms.
