Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing an isoreticular metal-organic polyhedron and an isoreticular metal-organic polyhedron.
A metal-organic framework (MOF) may be defined as a porous organic-inorganic polymer compound formed by combining a central metal with an organic linking ligand, and includes both organic and inorganic substances in a skeletal structure and has a molecular or nano-sized pore structure. It means a crystalline compound. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are used in the production of forms having a wide range of functions in simple ways such as self-assembly using metal nodes and organic connectors.
Recently, high-level metal-organic materials have been synthesized by using nano-scale building blocks such as metal-organic polyhedra (MOP) by self-assembly. MOPs are of interest as supramolecular building blocks for cage-based structures of porous materials due to their inherently porous nature.
Li, D. J. Timmons and H.-C. Zhou, J. Am. Chem. Soc., 2009, 131, 6368-6369; H.-N. Wang, X. Meng, G.-S. Yang, X.-L. Wang, K.-Z. Shao, Z.-M. Su and C.-G. Wang, Chem. Research on the synthesis of cage-based structures using MOP and MOF as building blocks for porous materials is underway, and Zhou, Su, Wang (J.-R. Li, DJ Timmons and H.-C. Zhou, J) Am. Chem. Soc., 2009, 131, 6368-6369; H.-N. Wang, X. Meng, G.-S. Yang, X.-L. Wang, K.-Z. Shao, Z. -M. Su and C.-G. Wang, Chem. Commun., 2011, 47, 7128-7130, et al., Suggest the connection of MOP and pyridyl pillars to form a 3D MOF. Doing. In this case, the rigid organic linker connects the individual MOP cages by coordination-driven self-assembly, and the linkage of the flexible organic linker and the MOP is such that the two moieties are characteristic of the polymer and the MOF. Can be maintained at the same time and workability can be improved.
Kiang, G. B. Gardner, S. Lee and Z. Xu, J. Am. Chem. Soc., 2000, 122, 6871-6883), Sada(T. Ishiwata, Y. Furukawa, K. Sugikawa, K. Kokado and K. Ed., 2015, 54, 4259-4263)에서 보고되고 있고, 보고된 MOF-폴리머 혼성 물질은, 수백 나노미터인 MOF 입자 크기로 인하여 분자 수준의 균질성이 부족한 문제점이 있다. Cohen(T.-H. Chen, L. Wang, J. V. Trueblood, V. H. Grassian and S. M. Cohen, J. Am. Chem. Chem. Soc., 2016, 138, 6525-6531) 및 Furukawa(R. Kawano, N. Horike, Y. Hijikata, M. Kondo, A. Carne-Sanchez, P. Larpent, S. Ikemura, T. Osaki, K. Kamiya, S. Kitagawa, S. Takeuchi and S. Furukawa, Chem, 2017, 2, 393-403)은 유연한 분자에 결합된 MOPs를 개발하였으나, MOP-폴리머 혼합 물질에서 MOP의 취약한 특성으로 인해 MOP 케이지에서 유래하는 고유 다공성을 입증하지 못하였다. A similar synthetic process is crosslinking by flexible organic moieties in MOF, which is described by Lee (Y.-H. Kiang, GB Gardner, S. Lee and Z. Xu, J. Am. Chem. Wang, L. Wang and B. Wang, Angew. Chem., Int. Ed., 2015, 54, 4259-4263). The reported MOF-polymer hybrids suffer from a lack of homogeneity at the molecular level due to the MOF particle size of several hundred nanometers. Cohen (T.-H. Chen, L. Wang, JV Trueblood, VH Grassian and SM Cohen, J. Am. Chem. Soc., 2016, 138, 9646-9654) is a cage for the synthesis of three-dimensional polymer frameworks. Application of a polymer moiety with a moiety has been reported, Kitagawa (N. Hosono, M. Gochomori, R. Matsuda, H. Sato and S. Kitagawa, J. Am. Chem. Soc., 2016, 138, 6525- 6531) and Furukawa (R.
