도장실(1)의 내외부에 천정필터(미도시)와 콘트롤박스(2), 조명장치(미도시), 송풍장치(3), 가열장치(4) 및 배풍장치(5) 등이 설치되어 열풍과 송풍을 공급할 수 있도록 이루어진 도장실의 공조시스템(100)에 있어서, 상기 공조시스템(100)은 송풍장치(3)와 배풍장치(5)의 사이에 외기를 흡입하여 냉각시키는 냉각장치(6)가 일체로 설치되고, 상기 냉각장치(6)의 상부에는 공급닥트(9)가 설치되어 이의 내부에 냉풍을 공급하고 차단하는 개폐밸브(7)와, 끝 단부에 냉풍의 방향을 유도하는 다수개의 풍향조절유도판(8)이 하측 방향으로 경사지게 설치되며, 상기 공급닥트(9)는 송풍장치(3)의 상부에 연통되게 설치된 냉풍혼합장치(10)에 연결되어 상기 냉각장치(6)로부터 공급되는 냉풍과 상기 송풍장치(3)로부터 유입되는 외기를 혼합하여 배출구(11)를 통해 도장실(1)의 내부로 공급되도록 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 냉풍 공급이 가능한 도장실의 공조시스템.Ceiling filters (not shown), control boxes (2), lighting devices (not shown), blowers (3), heating devices (4) and blowers (5) are installed inside and outside the painting chamber (1).
