Abstract

본 발명은 Overdenture (틀니)제작에 사용되는 서로 다른 부품들인 캐리어(Carrier)와 트랜스퍼코핑(Transfer Coping) 그리고 덴쳐스페이서(Denture spacer)를 하나의 형태로 결합하여 제조한 제품에 관한 것입니다.
기존의 제품들은 티타늄 합금으로 제작되나 사용 용도에 있어 높은 수준의 내구성과 정교함을 필요로 하지 않기에 티타늄합금소재를 고수할 필요가 없다 이에 하나의 형태와 소재로 제작하여 술자가 필요한 부품의 해당부분을 절단하여 사용, 각 부품의 분실예방 효과와 불필요한 추가비용지출을 줄이는 효과가 있다.
소재는 가공과 제작이 편리하며 가격이 저렴한 PP(Polypropylene)로 한다.
