Abstract

식재료를 칼날조립체(110)에 압착하여 가공하는 컨베이어에 있어서
상기 컨베이어의 구동휠(12)과 종동휠 간을 연결하는 이송부재(14);
상기 이송부재의 진행방향으로 측부에 설치되는 홈판(20);
상기 이송부재에 이격하여 설치되고 일측에 칼날조립체(110)가
착설된 식재료공급대(60);및
상기 컨베이어의 이송부재에 결속된 연결부재(22)에 관통되어 상기 홈판의
홈을 타고 진행하는 밀판부재(50);로 되어,
상기 컨베이어가 기동하게 되면, 상기 밀판부재의 밀판부가
재료공급대위의 식재료를 밀어서 상기 칼날조립체(110)에 압착하고 즉시
후방으로 회동하여 상기 식재료공급대 아래로 잠적하여 진행하게
된 식재료가공컨베이어
