Abstract

The present invention provides a floor panel for a hot water pipe, for heating. According to the present invention, the floor panel for a hot water pipe includes a protrusion and a hose insertion groove, which are to enable piping of a hot water pipe. A lower cold air blocking blade protrudes from the lower part of a side cross section on one side when a virtual diagonal line is drawn on the floor panel. An upper cold air blocking blade protrudes from the upper part of the side cross section of the floor panel on the other side. The upper cold air blocking blade and the lower cold air blocking blade overlap by corresponding to each other when the floor panels are in contact with the adjacent floor panel. A connection groove is formed in the lower cold air blocking blade, and a connection protrusion is formed in the upper cold air blocking blade. When the lower cold air blocking blade and the upper cold air blocking blade overlap, the connection groove and the connection protrusion are connected by being inserted. According to the present invention, when the floor panel for a hot water pipe is installed, the floor panel for a hot water pipe can be connected to each other. Moreover, the floor panel for a hot water pipe reinforces insulation by blocking the cold air of the floor so that the cold air of the floor is not vertically exposed through a gap between the floor panels. The floor panel for a hot water pipe can reduce noise transferred through floors and can improve heating efficiency.

Description

난방을 위한 온수관용 바닥판넬{WARM WATER HYPOCAUST PANEL}Floor panel for hot water pipes for heating {WARM WATER HYPOCAUST PANEL}

The present invention relates to a bottom panel for hot water pipes for heating, and more particularly, it is possible to combine with each other when the bottom panel for hot water pipes is arranged so that the cold air of the floor does not rise above the bottom panel to enhance insulation and interlayer noise prevention. A bottom panel for hot water pipes.

In general, hot water pipes for heating were directly piped onto the floor concrete, but recently, the hot water pipes can be piped and insulated with floor panels that are insulated, hot water pipes are placed on them, and metal plates for heat conduction are laid thereon. Laying the floor is widely used.

Conventional floor panels include Utility Model Publication No. 95-9494, 'Assembly Ondol Construction Equipment', which generally includes hooks formed on circular and semi-circular protrusions formed on a rectangular panel to form recesses in the recess of the panel. The bending part of the hose to be installed is fixed to the hanging piece and fixed to the panel, construct a hard board cut to a certain size on the panel, each cutting the outer surface of the hard board constitutes a cutting portion, using a cutting portion to join each hard board By assembling, the hardboard flooring placed on the panel is firmly coupled so that it does not swing, and has a structure that allows the sheetboard to be papered thereon.

Therefore, this construction structure is fast and convenient by laying a floor panel that functions as a heat insulator on the concrete floor and piping a hot water pipe on it, but the floor panel is usually made of square plates, and the side sections thereof are joined to each other in a butting manner. Since it is arranged on the floor, the cold air of the floor must rise up through the gap between the bottom panel and the bottom panel which are in close contact with each other.

Of course, the protrusion jaw and the concave grooves corresponding to each other are formed on the side ends of adjacent floor panels so that they can be combined with each other. However, the gap between the protrusion jaw and the concave groove is also widened. It is not possible to block the vertical exposure directly through it will not solve the disadvantage of low heating efficiency.

First, in the drawings, the same components or parts are to be noted that the same reference numerals as possible. In addition, in describing the present invention, a detailed description of related known functions or configurations will be omitted in order not to obscure the subject matter of the present invention.

The bottom panel 100 for hot water pipes for heating according to an embodiment of the present invention is made of a heat insulating plate-shaped foam resin, a projection 110 is formed on the surface to enable the piping of the hot water pipe (B) The hose fitting groove 120 is provided.

The projection 110 is configured to arrange the heating hose, that is, the hot water pipe (B) in a curve or a straight line.

A hose fitting groove 120 is formed between the protrusion 110 and the protrusion 110 to pipe the hot water pipe B, and the depth of the hose fitting groove 120 is equal to the diameter of the hot water pipe B. It is preferable to form the same.

In addition, the bottom panel of the present invention is preferably to have a rectangular shape for the convenience of arrangement, the cold air blocking wings 130, 140 are formed on the four sides of the bottom panel.

The cold air blocking blades 130 and 140 are formed on the top and bottom of the side cross-section and overlap the cold air blocking wings 130 and 140 of the adjacent bottom panel. When it is said that the side of one side of the diagonal with respect to the cold air cut wing, that is, the lower cold cut wing 130 is formed to protrude from the lower side, the other side cross section of the cold air cut wing, that is, the upper cold cut wing 140 To protrude.

Therefore, these lower cold cut wings 130 and the upper cold cut wings 140 overlap the bottom cold cut wings 130 and the top cold cut wings 140 when the bottom panels are in contact with each other, and also the bottom cold air. Blocking wing 130, the coupling groove 131, the upper portion of the upper air blocking blade 140 by forming a coupling protrusion 141 to enable a solid coupling. At this time, when the coupling protrusion 141 and the coupling groove 131 overlap the lower cold blocking blade 130 and the upper cold blocking blade 140, they are also interlocked with each other to be engaged with each other, thereby preventing the gap between the bottom panels. Will be prevented.

As such, the present invention covers the gap between the bottom panel and the bottom panel by overlapping the bottom cold cut blade 130 and the top cold cut blade 140 so that the cold floor of the room is raised upward through the gap between the bottom panel and the bottom panel. Blocked from coming In addition, it is possible to provide a very useful floor panel as well as to prevent noise between floors at the same time.

At this time, the width of the lower cold cut wing 130 and the upper cold cut wing 140 is formed to be the same, and the thickness is preferably formed to be half of the bottom panel.

In addition, the present invention is preferably formed in the interval 150 orthogonal to the surface of the bottom panel at regular intervals 5 to 10cm intervals, which is the scale 150 is as easy and straight as desired even if there is no self when the cutting is required when working This is a cutting line for cutting with a knife.

At this time, the scale 150 formed on the surface of the bottom panel can be induced by forming a thin recessed recess groove, the thickness is narrower than another place to be easily cut.

As described above, although the present invention has been described by way of limited embodiments, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the technical concept of the present invention and the following will be described by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains.
