수직방향으로 격벽(20)이 형성되어 격벽을 기준으로 일측에는 제 1 필터실(23)과 타측에는 제 2 필터실(24)이 형성되고, 제 1, 2 필터실(23, 24)의 하부에는 저수조(25)가 형성되어 제 1 필터실(23)에서 여과된 공기가 저수조(25)를 통과하여 제 2 필터실(24)로 유입되어 외부로 배출되는 하우징(2); 과
제 1 필터실(23)의 상면에는 외부 공기가 유입되는 흡입구(6)와, 상기 제 1 필터실(23)의 내부에는 흡입구(6) 하부에 설치된 제 1 백금합금필터(9)와 상기 제 1 백금합금필터(9)의 하부에 설치된 제 2 백금합금필터(10)와 상기 제 2백금합금필터(10)의 하부에 설치된 제 3백금합금필터(11)와 상기 제 2, 3 백금합금필터(10, 11)에 설치되어 발열에 의해 제 2, 3 백금합금필터(10, 11)를 가열하여 발생하는 촉매작용에 의해 악취, 미세먼지, 유해세균을 제거하는 가열히터(22); 와
상기 제 2 백금합금필터(10)의 하부에서 탈취작용을 하도록 설치된 제 1 강화활성탄소필터(12)와 상기 제 1 강화활성탄소필터(12)의 하부에 설치된 제올라이트필터(13); 와
상기 제올라이트필터(13)를 통과한 공기는 저수조(25)로 유입되고, 저수조(25) 내부에는 저수된 물을 공기에 분사하도록 워터펌프(15)와 상기 워터펌프(15)와 연결된 분사 파이프(26)에는 다수개의 분사공이 형성되어 제올라이트필터(13)를 통과한 공기에 분사하여 워터 스크린을 형성하여 공기중에 포함된 유해물질을 저수조로 낙하시키는 워터스크린부(4);와
상기 저수조(25)에는 워터 스크린을 통과한 공기를 여과하도록 하부는 수면에 잠긴 상태에서 일렬로 배열된 다수개의 항균 필터(16); 와
상기 항균 필터(16)를 통과하여 제 2 필터실(24)의 하부로 유입된 공기가 통과하면 피톤치드가 포함되도록 제 2 필터실(24) 내부에 설치된 편백나무칩 필터(18); 와
상기 편백나무칩 필터(18)를 통과한 공기를 탈취하도록 설치된 제 2 강화활성탄소필터(19); 와
상기 제 2 강화활성탄소필터(19)를 통과하는 공기를 살균하도록 설치된 UV살균램프(21); 와
상기 UV살균램프(21)의 상부에는 공기와 함께 미세먼지 및 오염물질이 통과하지 못하도록 설치된 헤파필터(27); 와
상기 헤파필터(27)의 상부에 위치하는 제 2 필터실(24)에는 토출구가 형성되어 여과된 공기가 토출되는 것을 특징으로 공기 집진기.
