The rubber composition of an O-ring for a transmission comprises: a polymer consisting of ethylene acrylic polymers (AEM); a silica-based filling reinforcing agent having 30 to 80 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polymer; and a silica coupling agent_(AMEO).
