Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 DCT 클러치 변속 제어방법으로서, 목표 엔진 RPM 변화량 피드백 제어를 나타낸 흐름도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 DCT 상단 변속 과정을 나타낸 그래프,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 토크페이즈 클러치 토크 피드백 제어를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (6)
- DCT(Double Clutch Transmission) 클러치 변속 제어방법에 있어서,
DCT의 변속 제어 과정 중 두 클러치가 토크를 교환하는 토크 페이즈에서 목표 엔진 RPM 변화량 대비 실제 값의 오차를 관측하면서 결합측 클러치 토크에 대해 피드백 제어를 하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 토크 페이즈에서는 지정된 시간 안에 해방측 클러치 토크를 0Nm까지 감속시키고 결합측 클러치 토크를 목표값으로 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 클러치 변속 제어방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 결합측 클러치 토크 목표값은 수학식 “ Tc=Te - Ie * We “ 과 같이 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 클러치 변속 제어방법.
여기서, Tc는 클러치 목표 토크값, Te는 엔진 토크, Ie는 엔진 회전 관성, We는 엔진 각가속도이다. - 제 1항에 있어서,
a)EMS로부터 실시간으로 엔진 토크(Te) 정보를 수신하는 단계;
b)차량 엔진에 대한 고유 특성인 엔진 회전 관성(Ie)과, 엔진 각가속도(We)를 곱한 값을 취하여 상기 엔진 토크(Te)에 가감하는 단계;
c)상기 엔진 토크와 엔진 RPM 각가속도에 의해 클러치 목표 토크(Tc.int)가 계산되어 결정되는 단계;
d)클러치 목표 토크 보정량(x)을 산출하는 피드백 컨트롤 단계를 추가하여, 클러치 제어를 수행하는 단계;
e)상기 피드백 컨트롤 단계에 따라 목표 토크가 보정된 최종 클러치 목표 토크값(Tc.final)이 결정되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 클러치 변속 제어방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계에서 상기 엔진 각가속도(We)는 엔진 스피드 센서로부터 수신되는 RPM을 각속도계로 변환하여 미분한 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 클러치 변속 제어방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 c)단계에서 계산된 클러치 목표 토크(Tc.int)에 대한 제어에 의하여 엔진 RPM과 해방측 클러치 RPM이 일정한 슬립(Slip)RPM을 유지하며 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 클러치 변속 제어방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 e)단계에서 상기 피드백 컨트롤 단계에서의 목표량은 차량 휠스피드와 기어비로 역산한 가상의 클러치 RPM의 각가속도(Wc.virtual)이며, 엔진 각가속도와의 차이를 에러로 계산하여, 목표 각가속도와 실제 엔진 각가속도(We.real)를 같게 만들도록 PI 계수(x=Pe+Pi)를 설정후 클러치 목표 토크 보정량(x)을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 클러치 변속 제어방법.
