본 발명품은 4겹으로 구성된 일체형으로 피부 접촉면(227a)의 윗부분은 3겹으로 박음 처리된 순면이고, 방수코팅 겉면(227b)은 생리 혈이 원단 밖으로 베어 나오는 것을 방지하기 위해 안쪽에 코팅 처리된 면 원단이다. 압축 솜1(180), 압축 솜2(187)는 속에 들어가는 흡수체로 천연 목화솜을 압축해서 만든 유기농 솜으로 전체를 사용하였는데, 흡수율이 높고 세탁할 시 혈이 남지 않는 특징이 있다.
후면 레이스 끈에 사용한 고정 부분은 레이스를 두 겹으로 사용하여 날개를 만들고 세탁할 시 녹슬어 형태가 변하는 것을 고려하여 플라스틱 스냅처리를 했다.
압축 솜2(187)위에 압축 솜1(180)을 얹어 봉제하고, 가운데 타원형 홈을 박음 처리 하였다. 압축 솜2(187), 압축 솜1(180)속지에 피부 접촉면(227a)을 겹쳐 박음 처리 하면서 가운데 타원형 홈을 다시 박음 처리한 밀착 일체형 생리대이다.
