Description

Water-repellent fabric with excellent breathable waterproof function}{Water-repellent fabric with excellent breathable waterproof function,

The present invention relates to a moisture-permeable and waterproof fabric having a moisture-permeable and moisture-proofing and waterproofing function, which is capable of maintaining the moisture permeability of a fabric substrate layer while maintaining the moisture permeable and waterproof film in a multi-layer structure to improve the moisture permeability and waterproof performance.

Breathable waterproof fabric is a functional fabric with excellent moisture permeability and water repellency that emits sweat and prevents rain. It is applied for climbing and outdoor activities such as climbing clothes, outdoor clothes and sleeping bags, and its application range is widening.

The breathable waterproof fabric is designed to provide comfort by allowing the water to penetrate, while the sweat coming from the body is vaporized and discharged to the outside, and the breathable waterproof fabric is excellent in wearing comfort.

These breathable and waterproof fabrics are classified into three materials such as PTFE film, polyester film, and PU lamination. Gore-Tex is currently leading the world's breathing and waterproof market with PTFE film, but it can replace existing breathable waterproof materials. The development of new materials that can be used in the future is being continuously tried.

Conventionally, in the production of the moisture-permeable and waterproof fabric, a resin is coated on a release paper to prepare a hydrophilic nonporous or porous film (or PTFE film), and then this is laminated with a fabric with an adhesive to produce a moisture-permeable tarpaulin. In this case, there are two methods of bonding: a dot bonding method in which an adhesive such as hot melt is applied on the porous film intermittently in a braille form on a porous film, and a front bonding method in which an adhesive is applied to the entire surface of the porous film Dot bonding methods are mainly used for products requiring high functionality (high moisture permeability, soft touch).

However, conventionally, when bonding the porous film and the base substrate by the dot bonding method, the adhesive is applied to the porous film in the form of dots and bonded to the base substrate. Thus, the moisture permeability of the porous film is lowered, When the adhesive is adhered to the substrate with the adhesive applied in the form of dots on the film, the adhesive causes the pores between the textures of the base material to be blocked, so that the moisture permeability of the product with moisture permeable waterproof material further lowers the moisture permeability.

That is, although the moisture permeability of the porous film and the fabric substrate itself is excellent, the moisture permeability is lowered in the process of bonding the two materials, and the product has to be completed in such a state that the moisture permeability is lowered.

Further, in the dot bonding method, since the adhesive is intermittently applied in the form of dots, there are cases where the contact between the base material and the adhesive is so small that the adhesive strength can not be maintained in a sufficient state (normal state).

Particularly, when the clothes or the like prepared by the above method are washed with water, the adhesive strength of the adhesive significantly decreases due to the influence of water or a detergent, and as a result, there is a problem that the porous film is separated from the base layer by separation.

Accordingly, the pores formed between the textures of the far-end base layer 10 are prevented from being clogged with the hot-melt adhesive layer 20, thereby preventing the inherent moisture permeability of the far-end base layer 10 from being hindered, .

In order to form the hot-melt adhesive layer 20 in a dot-like manner at each tissue crossing point of the far-end substrate layer 10, a line process for precisely analyzing a fabric texture for analyzing a crossing point of the tissue is required, The hot melt adhesive layer 20 is formed of the far ultimate base layer 10 by printing the hot melt adhesive in a dot shape at a diameter and an interval corresponding to the crossing points of the fabric texture and transferring the hot melt adhesive layer to the far ultimate base layer 10 as a transfer paper.

The moisture permeable reinforcing film 32 is a colorless transparent non-porous polyester film having moisture permeability.
