일반적으로 제품의 가공시 발생하는 Burr제거를 위하여 전용 면취툴을 사용하거나 전용 Brush를 사용하여 프로그램으로 끝단에 발생한 Burr를 제거하거나 가공이 끝난후 수작업으로 디버링을 시행하고 있다. 최근 들어서는 툴을 고정하는 NC장비의 툴홀더에 Flexible 기능을 추가하여 불균일한 가공 Edge부의 균일한 면취 또는 Burr 제거용으로 개발되어 사용되어지고 있으나, 고가의 비용으로 제조 현장에서 적용하기가 어려운 단점이 있다.Generally, a special chamfering tool is used to remove the burr that occurs when processing the product, or the burr generated at the end is removed by a program using a dedicated brush, or the deburring is manually performed after the machining is finished. 본 발명은 고가의 툴홀더가 아닌 일반적인 홀더에 부착하여 사용할 수 있는 Flexible Type의 면취 전용툴을 개발하는데 있다. 툴자체적으로 불균일한 모서리의 Burr제거나 일정한 면취 작업이 가능하도록 제작한다.The present invention is to develop a flexible type of chamfering tool which can be attached to a general holder instead of an expensive tool holder. 본 발명은 NC가공시 공구의 회전력에 의하여 공구에 조립된 가공TIP이 절삭물의 끝단부에 발생한 날카로운 Edge부를 일정한 힘으로 제거함으로써 피절삭물의 모서리 부위가 불균일한 상태에서도 작업이 가능하도록 한다.In the present invention, the machining TIP assembled to the tool by the turning force of the tool during NC machining removes the sharp edge portion generated at the end of the cutting material with a certain force, thereby making it possible to work even in the state where the corner portion of the workpiece is uneven.
