사용자 단말로부터 제공된 사용자 정보를 기초로 사용자 취향을 설정하는 사용자 취향 설정부;
상기 사용자 단말로부터 알람 광고에 대한 요청을 수신하면 상기 사용자 취향을 이용하여 제1 알람 광고를 선택하고, 상기 제1 알람 광고를 상기 사용자 단말에 제공하는 알람 광고 제공부; 및
상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 제1 알람 광고의 시청 완료 정보를 수신하면, 상기 사용자에게 상기 제1 알람 광고에 대한 제1 적립금을 적립시키는 적립금 관리부;를 포함하고,
상기 알람 광고 제공부는
상기 사용자에 의하여 상기 제1 알람 광고에 포함된 이벤트가 활성화된 것이 확인되면, 상기 제1 알람 광고와 연관된 제1 광고 정보를 상기 사용자 단말에 제공하고,
