정제수에 염화칼슘 또는 젓산칼슘 중 하나 또는 서로 혼합하여 칼슘 수용액을 제조하는 1단계;
칼슘 수용액을 성형 틀에 부어 냉동하여 칼슘 성형물을 제조하는 2단계;
정제수에 알긴산나트륨을 혼합하여 알긴산나트륨 수용액을 제조한 후, 제조된 칼슘 성형물을 알긴산나트륨 수용액에 담가 1차 피막을 형성하는 3단계;
밀납을 녹여 액상화시킨 후, 액상화된 밀납에 1차 피막이 형성된 성형물을 담근 후 꺼내어 냉각시켜 2차 피막을 형성하는 4단계;공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐형 알긴산칼슘 음용수 제조방법.
