Abstract

The present invention relates to a sandwich panel for fire prevention and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising: a first board and a second board arranged to be spaced at both sides of the outer surface; a foam material filled between the first board and the second board; and a blocking frame which is buried in the foam material, and which closely contacts with the first board and the second board, and which is formed in a direction crossing at a right angle to the direction of progress of the first board and the second board. Therefore, movement of flame is blocked by burying a blocking member in the foam material filled therein, thereby overcoming a weakness of a conventional sandwich panel which performed a stovepipe function (forming a stack), triggering movement of flame in case of a fire, and providing the advantage of enhancing safety by adding a fire-retardant and nonflammable function to the foam material filled therein.

Description

Sandwich Panel for prevent fire and thereof manufacture method}FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a sandwich panel for preventing fire,

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a sandwich panel for fire prevention and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a sandwich panel used as an outer wall or an inner or outer wall of a canopy or other building.

In general, interior and exterior materials used in buildings are installed inside and outside of buildings, walls, or ceilings to perform soundproofing, waterproofing, insulation, beauty and building protection.

However, conventionally used panels as interior and exterior materials are formed in the shape of a laminate having a sand witch type, in which styrofoam is formed at the center and an iron plate of a thin plate, which is a nonflammable plate, is bonded to both sides of the styrofoam.

Conventionally, a sandwich panel is produced by arranging a steel foil or an aluminum plate, which is formed of a block of a predetermined size, in a roll shape and supplying the steel foil between the upper and lower portions.

However, in the conventional sandwich panel as described above, the internal styrofoam easily burns when a fire occurs, and functions as a communication by the plates on both sides, so that the flame rises sharply to the upper part, thereby causing a problem of a large fire.

In addition, there is a problem of causing suffocation by toxic gas generated when the styrofoam is burned.

1 to 3, a sandwich panel A according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first plate 100 and a second plate 200 spaced from both sides of the outer surface, 100 and the second plate 200 and is embedded in the foam material 300 and is in close contact with the first plate 100 and the second plate 200. The first plate 100 and the second plate 200, (400) formed in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the first plate member (100) and the second plate member (200).

Styrofoam, olefin foam, or the like is used as the foam material 300.

The foam material 300 is mixed with a flame-retardant material. The flame retardant material according to one example is a ceramic material or clay.

Preferably, 1 to 30 parts by weight of the clay is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the foam material 300.

When the mud is mixed in an amount of 1 part by weight or less, flame retardant performance is difficult to expect. If the mud is mixed in an amount of 30 parts by weight or more, the weight becomes heavy and the foam material 300 may easily break.

A method of manufacturing the sandwich panel according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

A method for manufacturing a sandwich panel according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel from a first plate 100 and a second plate 200 (hereinafter, referred to as " first plate 100 ") from first and second drums R1 and R2 accommodating a first plate 100 and a second plate 200 (S1) for drawing out the first sheet material 100 and the second sheet material 200 so that the first sheet material 100 and the second sheet material 200 are spaced apart from each other; A foam material 300 is supplied between the spaced first plate 100 and the second plate 200 to form a primary assembly 500. The primary assembly 500 is pressed against the pressurizing heating roller 600, (S2) of forming the secondary assembly 520 by reducing the thickness of the secondary assembly 520 while passing between the first assembly 520 and the second assembly 520; And a third step (S3) of cutting the secondary assembly 520 of the second step S2 to a predetermined interval to complete the product P.

In the first step S1, the first and second drums R1 and R2 wound with the first plate 100 and the second plate 200 are prepared.

A foam material supply unit F is disposed between the first and second drums R1 and R2. Styrofoam, olefin foam, or the like is used as the foam material 300.

In the second step S2, the first plate material 100 and the second plate material 200 are supplied and the foam material 300 is supplied therebetween to form the primary assembly 500.

When the primary assembly 500 passes between the upper and lower pressurizing heating rollers 600, the primary assembly 500 is compressed and heated to be flattened to a thickness of less than 50% to obtain a secondary assembly 520.

At both sides of the pressurizing heating roller 600, a guide wall 700 is formed in the longitudinal direction.

Therefore, the guide wall 700 is cut off so that the foam material 300 does not flow out to the side in the pressing process, so that it is formed to have a proper thickness.

Here, the step of inserting the shielding frame 400 from the side before the primary assembly 500 enters the pressurizing heating roller 600 includes a step of inserting the shielding frame S2-2.

The intercepting frame inserting step S2-2 is to insert the intercepting frame 400 obliquely with respect to the conveying direction of the primary assembly 500. [

Further, the insertion speed of the cut-off frame 400 is inserted at a speed of 1/3 to 2/3 of the feed speed of the primary assembly 500.

As shown in FIG. 2, the blocking frame 400 is inserted obliquely from the side face, and inserted at a low speed, thereby preventing the foam material 300 from being clumped or broken so as to prevent clogging of the inside of the foam material 300, The blocking frame 400 can be inserted while preventing the risk of bending.

Meanwhile, the primary assembly 500 can be set to repeat the feeding and stopping operations at predetermined time intervals.

Accordingly, the cut-off frame 400 is performed while the primary assembly 500 is temporarily stopped.

At this time, the intercepting frame 400 can be inserted at a relatively fast insertion speed. The interception frame 400 may be inserted manually by an operator or automatically by an automatic feeder.

The second step S2 may further include a flame retardant material to be mixed with the foam material 300.

The flame-retardant material is a ceramic material or clay.

Preferably, 1 to 30 parts by weight of the clay is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the foam material 300.

When the mud is mixed in less than 1 part by weight, it is difficult to expect a flame retardant performance. If the mud is mixed in an amount of more than 30 parts by weight, the weight becomes heavy and the foam material easily breaks.

The secondary assembly 520 is cooled while passing through the cooling rollers 650.

Thereafter, the cutter 670 is cut to a predetermined length to complete the final sandwich panel P.

Accordingly, the sandwich panel P of the present invention is formed by inserting a plurality of cut-off frames 400 at regular intervals between the first plate 100 and the second plate 200 in a direction perpendicular to the first plate 100, It is possible to prevent the flame from moving to another zone in the divided zone when burning due to the fire, and the flame resistance performance can be greatly improved.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is clearly understood that the same is by way of illustration and example only and is not to be taken by way of limitation, It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
