Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a calendar automatic packaging system, and more particularly, to a calendar automatic packaging system in which a plurality of calendar sheets are fixed to form a unit calendar, a saddle-stitch process is performed, a boring process is performed to form perforations, To a calendar automatic packaging system for automatically wrapping a saddle-stitched calendar.
Generally, a calendar is composed of seven calendars or special-purpose calendars, each of which consists of 12 chapters from January to December formed in one chapter and 13 chapters combined with a cover, or two months in one chapter And more pages. In order to bind these calendars, 12 sheets of calendar sheets are sequentially arranged, the first December sheet is fed, and then the next November sheet is fed in December. A registration process for obtaining a sheet bundle, a saddle-stitch process for fixing with an iron core, and a lapping process for lapping each of the calendars with a unit packaging material.
In this process, when a predetermined job is completed in each of the configured devices, the worker needs to solve the job of organizing by the operator, storing the stored job, transferring the job to the next device, and supplying the job to the next device. In addition, since a single work is loaded, a predetermined amount is loaded, and a predetermined amount is transferred from the next step to the next step. Thus, a lift due to the transfer of a heavy calendar member is required. This necessitated a large work space and resulted in inefficiency of work.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a calendar saddle ironing machine for fixing a plurality of sheets of calenders, a punching device for forming perforations in calendars pinned by iron pins, And a bridge device for transferring the calender formed with the perforated line to the calendar wrapping facility are integrally formed to automatically package the binding calender.

When the calendar saddle stitching facility, the punching device and the calendar wrapping facility are connected by one process line, the driving speed of the calendar saddle stitching facility or the punching device may be different from the driving speed of the calendar wrapping facility. If the driving speeds of these facilities are different, the calender may be stagnated in the process of moving the calender to be packaged for packaging, or may not be inserted in the subsequent process. This process error can lower the operation yield.
However, according to the present invention, a buffer function is added to the saddle-struck calendering in the calendar saddle-straddling facility through a separate bridge facility before being supplied to the calendar wrapping facility after the perforation is formed in the saddle- It is possible to prevent a phenomenon of stagnation of the calendar which may occur due to the difference in speed or a process error that can not be inputted.
Particularly, the
7A to 7U are photographs schematically illustrating the operation of the automatic calendar automatic packing system constructed according to the present invention. The following photographs are obtained by capturing a moving picture of a calendar automatic packing system being driven. The order of the drawings corresponds to the direction of the calendar.
As shown in FIG. 7A, in a calendar saddle stitch facility, a single calendar is sequentially loaded, followed by saddle stitching, and saddle stitch calendars are sequentially output.
As shown in FIG. 7B, the saddle-struck calenders are provided to the calendar press to be pressed flat. Even if the saddle stitching is carried out on a calendar that is sequentially stacked in a sheet form, there is a gap in a certain space in the saddle stitch area, and the volume is unnecessarily large. Therefore, the calendar pressurizing device performs the process of pressurizing the calendar as the saddle stitch calender is provided.
As shown in Figs. 7C, 7D and 7E, calenders joined by the calendar pressurizing device are conveyed to the perforating device by conveying means composed of a lower conveyor belt and an upper conveyor belt. As the calender is provided in the perforator, the perforator is pushed downward to form perforations in the calender.
As shown in Figs. 7F, 7G, and 7H, the perforated calender is conveyed upward by the calendar pressurizing member. To transfer the calendar upward, the calendar elevation member includes a pair of lower conveyor belts and a top conveyor belt, and the lower conveyor belt and the upper conveyor belt rotate in opposite directions to convey the calendar.
As shown in Fig. 7I, the calender transferred to the highest point by the calender step-up member falls on the calender housing member. The side walls are arranged to guide the left and right sides of the calender with reference to the direction of advance of the calender, and the side walls for guiding the front side of the calender are disposed.
As shown in Figs. 7J and 7K, the lowermost calender among the calenders sequentially loaded on the callee accommodating member is drawn out by driving the calender drawing member. The calender drawing member is arranged in a structure in which the lower conveyor belt and the upper conveyor belt are meshed with each other, and a part of the lower conveyor belt abuts the calender exposed at the bottom of the calender housing member. Accordingly, the lowest calender among the calenders is drawn out by driving the lower conveyor belt. The drawn calender is discharged to the outside while being transferred between the lower conveyor belt and the upper conveyor belt.
As shown in Figs. 7L, 7M and 7N, the calender drawn by the calender drawing member is inserted in the middle of the calender while being bent by 90 degrees. To this end, a guide plate for opening a page of a calender to be conveyed is disposed. When the calendar is transferred to the guide plate, the cover plate of the calendar is touched by the guide plate to generate a certain space, and the inlay is inserted therebetween. A guide plate is disposed on the right and left sides of the advancing direction of the calender conveyed after the inlay is inserted or after the inlay is inserted, along the row.
As shown in Figs. 7o, 7p, and 7q, the calender inserted is provided in the calendar lapping facility. The calender inserted into the calender wrapping facility is transported, and the roll type vinyl is put on the upper and lower parts and proceeds under the press play arranged parallel to the moving direction to discharge the air therebetween. In addition, a vinyl squeezing device is disposed on one side of the calendar, that is, on the left side in the conveying direction, and heat is applied so that the transferred vinyls are pressed against each other. Accordingly, since the right side region of the vinyl covered with the calendar is the folded region, the left side region of the vinyl is conveyed while being pressed against each other by the vinyl pressure bonding apparatus.
As shown in Figs. 7r, 7s, 7t and 7u, in a state in which the vinyl is put on, the vinyl press apparatus is moved downward between the calenders, and the vinyl is thermocompression bonded. As a result, each of the calendars is separated from each other in a state of being covered with vinyl. The calender separated in the state of being covered with vinyl is pressed by a roller or the like while being conveyed, and the air present inside the calender is discharged to the outside while the vinyl is packed.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims. You will understand.
As described above, according to the present invention, a predetermined number of calenders, catalogs, and so on are stacked and then bundled through iron pins or the like, and perforations are formed on one side of the bundled calender, A buffer function is added through a separate bridge facility before being supplied to the calendar lapping facility so that the calendar can be stagnated due to the difference in driving speed of each facility, Thereby preventing any unacceptable process errors.
In addition, it is possible to reduce the number of the workers to be input to each process, and it is unnecessary to wait until the process is completed after each process is completed, and the work space and the working time can be reduced.
