Abstract

본 발명은 타원형 형태의 병뚜껑과 무게를 줄이기 위해서 내부를 파낸 형태로 구성하여 쉽게 쥘 수 있으며 적은 힘으로도 개폐가 가능하도록 하는 타원형 병뚜껑을 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있다.

본 발명은 타원형 병뚜껑에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 병뚜껑의 모양을 타원형으로 하여 적은 힘으로도 쉽게 병뚜껑을 열 수 있도록 하는 타원형 병뚜껑에 관한 것이다.
병뚜껑을 열기 위해서는 일정 수준 이상의 힘이 요구된다. 하지만 아동이나 노인과 같은 노약자의 경우는 병뚜껑을 개봉하는데 필요한 악력을 갖추지 못하여 개봉이 어려운 경우가 존재한다. 이를 위해서 병뚜껑을 적은 힘으로도 쉽게 열기 위해 디자인 제0021967호(2014.04.30. 명칭 음료용 병뚜껑)은 병뚜껑 양쪽에 날개를 설치하여 중심과 힘이 가해지는 곳의 거리를 멀어지게 하여 더 적은 힘으로도 병뚜껑이 개봉될 수 있도록 하였다. 하지만 툭 튀어나온 날개 형태의 구조 때문에 유통 시에 병뚜껑이 개봉되어 버리거나 충돌에 의해 다른 유통품에 피해를 줄 수 있다는 문제가 있다.

이에 본 발명은 상기한 폐단과 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명은 타원형 형태의 병뚜껑과 무게를 줄이기 위해서 내부를 파낸 형태로 구성하여 쉽게 쥘 수 있으며 적은 힘으로도 개폐가 가능하도록 하는 타원형 병뚜껑을 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명의 타원형 병뚜껑은 개폐가 가능하도록 나선형의 나사가 들어있는 병뚜껑부와 타원형의 모양을 가졌으며 타원부분은 반원모양으로 파여져 있는 타원부로 이뤄진 구성이다.
상기의 구성에 따른 본 발명의 타원형 병뚜껑은 타원형으로 쥐고 병뚜껑을 개폐할 수 있어 적은 힘으로도 작동이 가능하며, 타원형을 연결부로 연결하여 적은 양의 합성수지를 사용해 본 발명을 실현할 수 있으므로 경제적이다.
