Description

Claims (11)
- 보안 태그로서,
투명한 수퍼스트레이트(14)로 커버된, 유기체로부터 기판(8) 상의 투명한 접착제 층(9)으로 직접 옮겨지는, 모방하기 어려운 생물학적 입자(10)의 패턴을 특징으로 하며, 상기 생물학적 입자(10)는 상기 기판(8)과 상기 수퍼스트레이트(14) 사이에 캡슐화되는, 보안 태그. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 입자(10)의 패턴은 바코드 또는 QR 코드의 형상인, 보안 태그. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 입자(10)의 패턴은 인간의 머리의 실루엣의 형상인, 보안 태그. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 입자(10)의 패턴은 지문의 형상인, 보안 태그. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 입자(10)는 기계적 또는 레이저 절단에 의해 정보가 명백하게 새겨지는, 보안 태그. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 입자(10)는 상기 생물학적 입자(10)의 형광을 영구적으로 표백함으로써 정보가 은밀하게 새겨지는, 보안 태그. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 입자(10)는 나비목 비늘, 털 또는 강모, 딱정벌레목 비늘, 날도래목 털 또는 강모, 및 거미류 비늘에서 선택되는, 보안 태그. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 입자(10)는 여러 상이한 종으로부터 취해지고, 미리 결정된 패턴으로 상기 기판(8) 상에서 조립되는, 보안 태그. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 수퍼스트레이트(14)의 선택된 부분은 상기 생물학적 입자(10)에 영구적으로 접착되는 투명한 접착제의 층으로 커버되는, 보안 태그. - 상품, 물품, 및 문서의 식별 및 인증을 위한 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 보안 태그의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 보안 태그를 제조하는 방법으로서,
(1) 표면 상에 하나 이상의 생물학적 입자(10)를 제공하는 단계;
(2) 저 표면 에너지 접착제 층을 갖는 광학적으로 투명한 테이프를 미리 결정된 형상으로 절단하여 제 1 사전 절단된 테이프를 형성하는 단계;
(4) 상기 제 1 사전 절단된 테이프를 상기 생물학적 입자(10)를 갖는 표면 상에 가압하는 단계;
(5) 상기 생물학적 입자(10)를 갖는 표면으로부터 상기 제 1 사전 절단된 테이프를 제거하는 단계 - 상기 생물학적 입자(10)의 대부분은 상기 제 1 사전 절단된 테이프에 부착됨 -;
(6) 접착제 층들이 서로 마주하도록, 부착된 생물학적 입자(10)를 갖는 상기 제 1 사전 절단 테이프를 고 표면 에너지의 광학적으로 투명한 제 2 접착 테이프와 접촉시키는 단계;
(7) 상기 제 2 접착 테이프로부터 상기 제 1 사전 절단된 테이프를 들어 올려 떼내는 단계;
(8) 상기 제 2 접착 테이프보다 작은 광학적으로 투명한 제 3 테이프로 상기 제 2 접착 테이프를 커버하여 상품, 물품, 또는 문서에 부착될 준비가 된 상기 보안 태그를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 보안 태그를 제조하는 방법.
