상기 내부 용기의 외부에 이격공간을 두고 위치하는 외부 용기와;
상기 내부 용기와 상기 외부 용기의 상부를 모두 커버하는 뚜껑과;
상기 내부 용기와 상기 외부 용기의 사이에 위치하는 빨대를 포함하되,

상기 빨대는,
하부가 상기 내부 용기의 내부공간과 연결되는 제1 관부재와;
상기 제1 관부재에 삽입되는 제2 관부재를 포함하되,
상기 제2 관부재는 주름부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 외부 용기에 상기 뚜껑을 결합할 경우 상기 주름부가 수축하여 상기 제2 관부재가 상기 뚜껑의 하부에 위치하고,
상기 제2 관부재의 상부의 뚜껑의 일부를 오픈할 경우 상기 주름부가 팽창하여 상기 제2 관부재의 상부가 외부로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용기.
