도 4는 일 실시예에 따른 미세 입자 발생 장치의 일 실시예의 블록도이다.
도 5는 일 실시예에 따른 미세 입자 발생 장치가 외장 전력 공급 장치에 수용된 상태에서 사용이 가능한 상태를 보여주기 위한 사시도이다.
도 6은 일 실시예에 따른 미세 입자 발생 장치가 외장 전력 공급 장치에서 분리되는 과정을 보여주기 위한 사시도이다.
Claims (5)
- 축전장치;
상기 축전장치로부터 전기를 공급 받아 열을 발생시키는 히터; 및
상기 축전장치와 상기 히터를 연결하는 전자회로를 포함하고,
상기 전자회로 중 적어도 일부는 단결정 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미세 입자 발생 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 미세 입자 발생 장치는,
궐련을 수용하는 카트리지;
를 더 포함하고,
상기 전자회로에 연결된 상기 히터의 온도를 급속하게 상승시킴으로써, 상기 카트리지에 수용된 상기 궐련을 기설정된 온도 범위에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미세 입자 발생 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전자회로를 구성하는 배선의 적어도 일부는 단결정 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미세 입자 발생 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단결정 물질은 잉곳(ingot) 형태 및 박막 형태 중 적어도 하나의 형태로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미세 입자 발생 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단결정 물질은 단결정 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는, 미세 입자 발생 장치.
