Abstract

The present invention relates to an adhesive layer and an adhesive film having durability and rework properties without generating an error in a measurement value of surface hardness of a laminate, to which an optical member is bonded, when being bonded to an interlayer of the optical member. An acrylic polymer is composed by copolymerizing 100 parts by weight of a (meta) acrylic monomer of a main component which contains at least 40 parts by weight of butyl acrylate, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a hydroxyl group containing copolymerizable vinyl monomer excluding a carboxyl group containing copolymerizable vinyl monomer. An acid value of the acrylic polymer is 0.1 or less. Weight average molecular weight of the acrylic polymer is 1,000,000 or more. After cross-linking 0.01-1.0 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound as a cross linking agent, adhesive force of the adhesive layer, which includes 40-85% of a gel fraction, 1-20 μm of thickness, and 10 μm of thickness, interposes 1.5-8.0 N/25 m of the adhesive layer. The measurement value of pencil hardness of a surface which bonds the optical member to non-alkali glass is 2H or more. The measurement value is the same as the pencil hardness of the surface of the optical member.
