Abstract

The present invention relates to a soft magnetic ribbon core with amorphous and nanocrystalline phases, which includes: a plurality of amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbon core members, each of which is manufactured in the same size by punching amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbons through a core mold after heat treating the amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbons; and an adhesive member that is applied to each of the plurality of amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbon core members before the punching process to combine the plurality of amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbon core members together. After the punching process, the plurality of amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbon core members are laminated and packed. The soft magnetic ribbon core is applicable to an inductor core in the high frequency range and satisfies uniform soft magnetic characteristics, so that the product quality can be easily controlled.
