Abstract

본 발명은 RS-485 포트를 지원하는 전력량계에 플랫폼 및 어플리케이션이 탑재된 실시간 전력정보 제공장치를 연결하고 DLMS/COSEM 프로토콜을 사용하여 실시간 에너지 정보를 수신하여 전력량계의 실시간 에너지 정보를 필요로 하는 제3의 사업자에게 필요한 전력정보를 제공하는 실시간 전력정보 제공장치로 종래의 전력량계를 활용하여 스마트 미터기의 기능을 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면 전력량계로부터 실시간 정보를 확인이 가능하게 되어 능동적인 수요관리 및 객관적인 수요예측이 가능하도록 하고 실시간 전력량계의 에너지 정보를 다양한 사업자에게 제공할 수 있다.
