Abstract

본 발명은 배관과 배관을 연결하는 기술로, 스레인리스 강관을 이음쇠에 삽입하고 삽입된 부위를 원형으로 압착하는 기술을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 배관 이음 장치는 주 배관이 삽입되는 이음쇠 유니트를 가압하여 상기 주 배관과 상기 이음쇠 유니트를 밀착시키는 가압 유니트를 포함하고, 상기 가압 유니트는 상기 이음쇠 유니트를 가압하기 전후에 상기 이음쇠 유니트의 외주면에 착탈 가능하게 걸쳐질 수 있다.
본 발명의 배관 이음 방법은 이음쇠 유니트의 삽입부에 주 배관을 삽입하는 단계;와 상기 삽입부의 외주에 가압 유니트를 걸치는 단계;와 상기 가압 유니트의 가압홈에 유압 재크를 물리는 단계;와 상기 유압 재크를 이용하여 상기 가압 유니트를 죔으로써 상기 이음쇠 유니트를 가압하는 단계; 를 포함할 수 있다.
