Abstract
The present invention provides an air conditioning system and a control method thereof. According to the present invention, the air conditioning system comprises: an outdoor unit including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger; an indoor unit including an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan, and communicating with the outdoor unit; and a remote controller including a control command input unit and a remote controller control unit, and communicating with the indoor unit. When a group opinion reflection mode is inputted through the control command input unit, the remote controller control unit receives a user satisfaction signal for the current operation temperature from at least one of a plurality of user terminals for a preset time and determines a new setting temperature based on the signal received from the user terminal.
