Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a medicinal crop extract having anti-stress effect. The method for manufacturing a medicinal crop extract having anti-stress effect according to the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing 1 part by weight of Chrysanthemum indicum, 0.1-10 parts by weight of Cyperus rotundus, 0.1-10 parts by weight of Aucklandia lappa, 0.1-5 parts by weight of Syzygium aromaticum based on the weight of dried herbs; and extracting the mixture by any one distillation method selected from water distillation, steam distillation and water-steam distillation.
