상기 고정체에 회전가능하게 결합되어 회전운동에 따라 상기 실캡이 승하강되도록 가이드하되, 그 내측에는 상기 결합돌기가 삽입되어 이동하는 공간을 형성하는 수직가이드홈 및 수평가이드홈이 상호 연결 형성되고, 그 상부에는 상기 토출공을 통해 토출되는 내용물을 어플리케이터로 이동시키는 노즐이 구비되며, 그 내측 하부에는 회전에 의해 상기 지지돌기를 타고 넘어가도록 걸림돌기가 형성된 탄성부가 구비되는 타원형상의 승하강가이드부재;
상기 승하강가이드부재를 감싸는 타원형상으로 이루어지되, 상기 고정체에 대하여 일측 또는 타측으로 180도 회전가능하게 결합되어 일측 또는 타측 회전에 의해 상기 승하강가이드부재를 회전시키는 회전체; 및
상기 승하강가이드부재의 노즐에 결합되어 사용자 피부에 내용물을 도포하는 어플리케이터;를 포함하되,
