Abstract

데코레이션 시트에 관한 것으로, 데코레이션 시트에서 목재와 부착되는 면에 프라이머 처리를
하지 않고도 접착이 가능하도록 유색 종이층(10)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바, 본 고안은 데코시트의
부착면이 종이로 형성되어 있으므로 어느 가구든지 용이하게 부착이 가능하고, 프라이머 처리를 필요로하지 않기 때문에 원가를 절감할 수 있으며, 전체적으로 종이의 질감을 갖을 수 있는 이점이 있다.

데코레이션 시트{decoration seat}
본 발명은 데코레이션 시트에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 데코레이션 시트(이하 '데코시트'라 함)는 장롱이나 싱크대와 같은 가구에 나무 무늬와 같은 장식을 표현하기 위한 시트를 의미한다.

상술한 바와 같이 제반되는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, 그 목적은 습기에 강하며, 프라이머 처리를 하지 않고도 접착이 가능한 환경 친화적인 데코시트를 제공하는데 있다.
데코레이션 시트에서 목재와 부착되는 면에 프라이머 처리를 하지 않고도 접착이 가능하도록 유색 종이층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 데코레이션 시트를 제공한다.
데코시트의 부착면이 종이로 형성되어 있으므로 어느 가구든지 용이하게 부착이 가능하고, 프라이머 처리를 필요로 하지 않기 때문에 원가를 절감할 수 있으며, 전체적으로 종이의 질감을 갖을 수 있고, 유색의 종이층이 투명한 시트에 투과되어 미감이 우수한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 고안에 대해 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 데코시트는 투명 또는 반투명 시트층(1)의 배면에 그라비아 인쇄를 통
하여 원하는 형태의 전면 인쇄층(2)을 직접 형성시킨 다음, 접착제(3)를 통해 유색의 종이층(10)을 합지
하여 제조된다. 여기에 사용된 투명 또는 반투명 시트층(1)은 열에 강하여 그라비아 인쇄시 수지의 평
활도가 떨어지지 않도록 폴리프로필렌으로 제조되며, 이러한 폴리프로필렌으로는 방향화 폴리프로필렌
(OPP)과 캐스팅 폴리프로필렌(CPP) 등이 바람직하다.
