Abstract

On a 3X4 keyboard, characters ㄱ, ㄴ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅁ, ㅂ, ㅅ, ㅇ, and ㅈ are assigned to different buttons to increase the number of letters assigned to each letter button, thereby decreasing the number of typing. An objective of the present invention is to develop a keyboard with a novel Korean syllable assignment so that Korean syllable input in small electronic devices such as a mobile phone is easily done.
